I had such a great experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Braylin! His customer service was absolutely amazing! He greeted me with a genuine smile, was patient while I ordered, and made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. The fries were a little cold, but honestly, Braylin’s positive attitude and friendly demeanor more than made up for it. It’s rare to meet someone who can turn an ordinary stop for food into such a great part of my day. Braylin deserves recognition for going above and beyond!

Genuinely one of the slowest McDonalds. This isn't based off of one visit. This is over months of orders. Tonight we sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes after pulling forward from the speaker. The same car that was at the second window when we pulled up stayed there for another 5 minutes. Car behind them got their food relatively quickly. Car in front of us waited at least 5 minutes for just a happy meal.

This is seems to be the trend for mobile orders for drive thru pickup...Never have food ready and need to pull forward to reserve space and wait...How do you not have fries during the peak of lunch.

I go out of my way to come to this location . The manager (I assume) is so nice and gets it done. This morning again she was so calm and focused. Had an employee arguing with her about an order but she handled it like a Boss and got everybody served. Yall better take care of this woman she is 👍🏼. I got 4 kids so we do McDonald’s way too much. Camille is her name and told her how great she is
Sweet tea is usually unsweet! I'm a mobile order customer who uses drive thru pickup. Drive thru is the slowest in Cherokee County. Make sure to check order BEFORE leaving. Majority of the time it's incorrect. This location could definitely use tips from Riverstone location. They are the best hands down!!

Walked into Mcdonalds 3/10/2025, found a nice view seating area of the windows. waited 30 minutes until breakfast finished and lunched began. Time 12:00. Walked to the ordering desk and asked for a number 3 combo. A non english speeking employee greeted me with "one second" as she continued to finsih cleaning a salt shaker. than another greeting of "Hi' I than asked for a Number 3 Combo.Than with perfect english was asked by the Mcdonalds employee Would i like my fries Medium or large. And than i asked what size comes with the combo?. I was than told to hold one momento. A manager arriaved at ther front cash register and greeted me with "hello" I than explained to him, I asked for a number 3 and was asked to choose between a medium or large fry. The anger than explained his employee who was trying to take my order does not usually take orders and speak English fluently. So my customer exsperince was good. Great team work i saw with helping eachother. the food was exspectional warm and ready, I was served at my table as i waited no longer than 10 mins. My first time eating at this location.
