Sweet tea is usually unsweet! I'm a mobile order customer who uses drive thru pickup. Drive thru is the slowest in Cherokee County. Make sure to check order BEFORE leaving. Majority of the time it's incorrect.
This location could definitely use tips from Riverstone location. They are the best hands down!!

Walked into Mcdonalds 3/10/2025, found a nice view seating area of the windows. waited 30 minutes until breakfast finished and lunched began. Time 12:00. Walked to the ordering desk and asked for a number 3 combo. A non english speeking employee greeted me with "one second" as she continued to finsih cleaning a salt shaker. than another greeting of "Hi' I than asked for a Number 3 Combo.Than with perfect english was asked by the Mcdonalds employee Would i like my fries Medium or large. And than i asked what size comes with the combo?. I was than told to hold one momento. A manager arriaved at ther front cash register and greeted me with "hello" I than explained to him, I asked for a number 3 and was asked to choose between a medium or large fry. The anger than explained his employee who was trying to take my order does not usually take orders and speak English fluently. So my customer exsperince was good. Great team work i saw with helping eachother. the food was exspectional warm and ready, I was served at my table as i waited no longer than 10 mins. My first time eating at this location.

Order my food through the mobile app,McChicken and small fries. Waited about 5 mins then a family off 5 came in (caucasian)order 3 happy meals and two adults meal then watch them get there food before me. I can clearly see they have McChicken and small fries so I ask they guy sitting in the chair at the cash register what’s taking my food so long I was then told they moving fast as they can and I need to be patient. Racist at all time high here

Went through the drive through line forgot to give me half the food I ordered went back in line to get the order right then they gave me the wrong order and the food was burnt. This McDonald’s is so bad I actually came on here to make a review for the first time
