I tried to order online and the website was not allowing me to pick my location or add anything to my cart to place an order (this is not the first time the website was having issues). I called the store instead just to place an order and the employee told me that I couldn't order over the phone and that the website was working fine, basically calling me a lier. Thier food is great and I love going to this store but if they are going to treat the customer like that, maybe I won't be going back there.

Order a burrito for the $7 deal. Instead I was charged $16 because the app doesn’t work, and I was given a burrito the size of a soda can. These people are just bad at their jobs. Stupidly overpriced, and the staff were useless. Never tipping them again.

Judging from the other recent reviews, the quality is in fact going down. Buyer beware.

What a disappointment. We were next in line to order and a guy comes out from the back saying the white meat chicken is reserved for the to go orders. “We have no more chicken except the dark meat chicken. “ I don’t like that chicken and neither did my daughter. This is the second time we have not been able to get the white meat chicken we wanted due to your lack of preparation. This time it was personal b/c there was available food. If you run out- you should offer a make up meal/ item to get me to come back. I am so angry with your restaurant. I drove out of my way and left without eating. You should be ashamed and work harder to make your most popular item available till close.

It's Moe's! Lol. The servers were friendly, our burritos were stuffed full. And the prickly pear lemonade was so tasty! Clean restaurant and good service. No complaints.

I took my youngest here for his first time at Moe’s (my first time at this location as well) he absolutely loved it, he keeps begging to go back :) they have a junior burrito special with chips and a drink and he loved that he got to go through the line and tell them exactly what to put on it! They staff was super friendly and not annoyed by my coupon and gift card that paid for most of out lunch. Great choice for adults doing high protein lot low carb

Very skimpy, poor wrapping & rushed.
I go out of my way to visit this Moe’s specifically. I always speak highly of the staff and food, but tonight was disappointing.

After waiting a while, the “shift leader” took my order and rushed me through it. She started wrapping my burrito before I even finished ordering, and I had to interrupt her. The wrap was loose and sloppy, it tore halfway through, and she just covered it with foil.

When I finally ate it, the burrito was completely falling apart, barely warm, with all the meat at the bottom. The 4 pieces of tofu I got were undercooked—jelly like and barely seasoned. I came in at 8:00, not @ closing, yet the “shift leader” was already telling staff what side work to start before I even left.

I get wanting to close on time, but rushing guests and serving poor-quality food an hour before closing isn’t acceptable. If burrito wrapping isn’t being done right it might be worth revisiting the basics.

Me and a buddy came in, and the staff didn’t say the iconic “Welcome to Moe’s!” So I brushed it off and ordered my food and we sat down. That’s when I noticed 2 more people come in and they said the line for them!?!? Yknow it made me feel pretty bad.. made me feel like they didn’t care about me.. why did they get the greeting and I didn’t? Never going to Moe’s again.

We ordered in-store. We got 4 bowls and a kids quesadilla which totalled $90! All bowls were ground beef and we got a little over a half spoon full of beef each. So I asked for extra on my bowl and they stated it would be extra which I agreed to. My extra meat that was $4 extra was barely a third spoon full. I might have gotten a full spoon of meat total... The other items were very skimpy. They bagged our food, tied it and gave it to us. We got home and realized our kids meal was not there. I went back and it was 8:42 and the doors were locked and the staff had everything broken down and lights half out, supposed to.close at 9pm. I knocked on the door for a minute and a guy looked up and put his finger up and started remaking the quesadilla. He came to the door and said yeah you forgot this. I corrected him and said you guys forgot it. You tied the bag and handed it to me. I then said we also didn't get the cookie or juice box. He went back and got it. He was nice. But I was overall irritated at paying $90 for skimpy food and missing items and then having to stand in the cold to wait for it when they technically should have been open. I then got to go home and eat my cold, skimpy bowl.... for $90, I expect not to be able to see the bottom of my bowl...

Update: it has been over a month and I have not gotten any kind of response from the survey I filled out, this review, nor the email that I sent to them... VERY DISAPPOINTING

Was going to try Moe's for the very first time. Stood in line being ignored for 25 minutes while others that came in behind me were assisted. You blew it for me, I'll never patronize Moe's. I'll try Chipotle I guess.
