I have been visiting this Moe’s for many years. Like any food chain its has its ups and downs. The food is consistently good. I really enjoy knowing what I order will at least meet expectations. I appreciate the friendly staff. At times the restaurant has been messy after a rush and does not get cleaned as quick as it should. The freestyle machine (like most) is awful. I don’t like any of those machines and choose water every time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good place to eat.
I have been coming to this location whenever I don’t go to the one in Woodstock. I live in Canton so I’m between both locations. I had dinner with friends here recently. I had the build your own burrito, chips, and queso. They were low on the salsa at the bar but had everything else.I enjoyed my burrito and had no complaints.Parking: Parking isn’t a problem.Kid-friendliness: I took my 2 year old with me. If the store was busy it would have been difficult to let her run around.

When I tell you I hate this location “HATE” is an understatement. Unfortunately this is the only local one in this area. The staff is RUDE AF and the fat old Mexican man skimp TF out of the portions. He literally count the onions and bell peppers. The chicken tasted sour. Also why do they offer shared bags of chips. I ordered 4 meals and got two bags of chips and even when I repeatedly said something about it they never corrected it. I really dislike this Moes.

12/21/23 @ 5:58pmThis location can't get anything right. They always leave off the requested queso & salsa. Sometimes I'll receive someone elses order or they'll mix up the labels on my order. Imagine my shock as a vegetarian to bite into a burrito that has steak in it. I'd rather they not label it at all if its going to be wrong. Perfect place to go to if you want to waste your money receiving incorrect food orders.
Alice was not accomadating and racist towards my high value client who was visiting town. And she's the manager. That's all you need to know.

We were probably the last customers of the night and we were thankful for this Moe's still being open and we made it in their last 20 or so minutes. We had a long drive and getting some tasty food from this Moe's was the perfect end. Everyone was really nice and wasn't in a hurry to push us out the door so we could relax a little and finish our food. The food looked and tasted really fresh!
