This place is terrible

This Moe’s is the worst one I have ever been to. The meat is just chunks of tendons, the food always looks dry. Also everyone has the worst attitudes. Absolutely horrible! Don’t waste your money at this location, take the extra drive up to the one in Canton! They are friendly and welcoming, and their food doesn’t take like it was made in an easy bake oven!

Service was horrible. They couldn’t get the order right, the lettuce was brown and their attitudes sucked!

I have had issues with this location in the past, but today was so much better. The food was good and the amount was more than we normally get at a Moe’s, the service was good and friendly, and the location was clean. If it keeps up like today, this location could become my new normal spot.

Disappointed once again. This store is consistently sub par for Moe's. The owners used to run one of the best Moe's in the area, but this new franchise location has consistently fallen flat. Salsa bar empty and dirty, workers not able to use the system nor the Moe's app, and a baron atmosphere. I really really want this Moes to improve as it's close to work. Unfortunately, everyone in the area agrees that they try the location every now and then and decide not to return. Please fix this store

The place is just totally run down and understaffed. There’s no one at the front to greet you and they won’t fix anything that’s broken. Doesn’t feel like Moe’s.

The restaurant isn’t clean, portions are small, and the employees are not good. Was lied to by employees at checkout and had to deal with flies all around the food. Even as someone that loves moes I wouldn’t recommend this store and think anyone in a Moes crave should drive to the one on 92 or at river stone

I LOVE moes! Better than chipotle In every way shape and form. The flavor is astronomical! The burritos are bigger than my face. They PACK those bowls. Everything tastes sooo good!! They always have the music BUMPIN! Want sauce? It's free. They have a side bar FULL of sauce. If you get the app, you get rewards and money off your order. I had ordered food worth $30 and when I put my number in, I got ALL of it for $15 plus The people are always so kind and patient. I love it here. Love Moe's!! 🙌🏻🫶🏻

Was not greeted. Very dirty store. Very rude employee named “ceazer.” Will not be coming back. Jose was very sweet though!

I had a great experience at Moe's in Canton off Sixes Rd. I haven't been here yet. This is relatively new to the area. The place is super clean and well kept. The food was fresh and served by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good stuff!! They even have an ICEE machine which my kids will love.

Not sure if it was management. Assuming based on normal clothing and no uniform. He was rude. Commented to me saying I did not need more. Asking for more lettuce was extra. Yelled at me saying he was sick of people wanting more, more, more. Told me I was asking alot for wanting the free chips. I have been a customer at Moe's for several years but now have reservations about ever going back.

When I came in a guy named Colin was handling like 4 orders while maintaining great customer service in a hectic environment. I never leave reviews but I was extreme impressed with the young man I had to share.
