Honestly this is the best mexican restaurant around the metro area to me thus far. The birria tacos were mouthwatering good. I added some spicier salsa and it was homemade and excellent. The Salsa and queso were really good and the green enchiladas were perfectly cooked and plentiful. This will now be our go to mexican restaurant and so worth the 25 minute drive for us. The view here is amazing of the canton mountain too.

Love this place. The outdoor area is beautiful. They were celebrating Day of the Dead, there were musicians and performers.
Food was good. They make the guacamole right at the table and ask what you would like in it. I was with a large party and everyone liked their food.
I am used to the region of Mexican food that I ate out west and tend to be disappointed eating out in GA, but this was a good experience.

Good food, but please separate the toppings from the soup when someone orders to go soup. It's a pretty standard procedure among Mexican restaurants. If they fix that next time, I'll change to five stars. Good food though, definitely check this spot out.

Came here to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday with a party of ten, and the experience was really disappointing. The fajitas were mostly onions and peppers with barely any meat, and what little there was came in tiny pieces. Everything was bland and lacked flavor.
The guacamole tasted like a mix of onions and tomatoes with no seasoning, and the margarita I ordered honestly tasted like dirty water. I asked to swap it for a margarita on the rocks (not frozen) because it was undrinkable. Both the waitress and the manager made a point of reminding me several times that alcohol is “final sale,” but eventually they did replace it—just not without attitude.
For a restaurant I chose to celebrate such an important occasion, the service and food were far below expectations. My family wasn’t impressed, and I left feeling like I made the wrong choice for such a special night.

I had a fantastic time at Nuevos Amigos Cocina Mexicana's Brunch for a Cause event benefiting a local dog rescue foundation! The patio was adorable, filled with furry friends and wonderful people. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Kudos to the team for hosting a great event for a great cause. If you're a dog lover like me, or just looking for a tasty meal in a lovely setting, Nuevos Amigos is a must-visit! Can't wait to go back!

The wife and I had a nice lunch here!!! Service was perfect, salsa & chips fresh & tasty! She had a taco salad, huge fresh & delicious!! I had the mole enchiladas with beef!! They were exceptional as was the mole sauce!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here and will be back!

I had the niecas bowl with grilled chicken and it was delightful. Our server was so sweet and attentive. This place has such a fun atmosphere and I can't wait to go back.
Fine spot for mexican food. However, they “cannot substitute mezcal” for most cocktails. I ended up ordering a skinny with mezcal and tajin. It was $20…. In my experience a $2 up charge for tajin means I’m spending $14 or maybe $16. They wouldn’t even sub mezcal in any other drink… and when they actually brought mine they forgot the tajin…. To be frank, not very authentic and not worth the price for a mezcal margarita with tajin…. I spend less in the city of Atlanta for authentic food with mezcal and tajin etc. etc.

I was sitting on the patio but I just saw how the restaurant just treated a guest next to me on the patio concerning her service dog. They were very rude, I was appalled! To the point I looked at my husband and asked for the check. I chased them out the door and recommended more dog friendly restaurants in the area. We will not be back.

*** NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY *** ive been here a few times because the view is beautiful and the food is good but the service is extremely rude. I have brought my service dog and showed the paperwork. the woman asked me what my service was, which i dont mind stating but its illegal to ask the service when I have the paperwork that states it. my dog is a big girl but shes lays down at the table and minds her business. EXACTLY WHAT IS REQUIRED. when sitting down, they were really short and judgey. they were avoiding our table. I politely asked for a water cup for my dog, the Server brings a large quart size container that my dog couldnt drink out of. so I used an actual bowl for her and they come out and stated that I couldnt use the bowl and had to use the container. the whole situation was unnecessary and rude. the people next to us was just as shocked and even recommended other friendly service dog restaurant. I work service industry and I was shocked for how my service dog and I were treated. never going again!
