This was my first time at an O'Charley's and I loved it. I got the chicken and waffle fries. The chicken was cooked pretty well, crispy outside and juicy inside. The waffle fries tasted impressively like waffles and I almost thought they were sweet potatoes. Their sweet tea is perfect 👌🏼. (But being from the south, I love really sweet tea haha) The waitress was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Overall I had a great experience and will absolutely be going back. 10/10

First visit to this restaurant. By its name I thought it was an Irish Pub. It was not. I was hoping to enjoy a pint of Guinness with my meal but that brand was not on tap. Potato soup was sad but the rest of the meal was a C+ at best. No need to return. With skyrocketing food prices these days a restaurant needs to earn your business.

Visited the Canton Georgia O'Charley's today which is 20 miles away from where I live, , for some chicken tenders. Boy was I disappointed, first when I place my order online I specified under special request extra crispy fries , Nope half raw as usual. Next when I looked at the two orders of chicken tenders I was blown away barely battered and about the size of my thumb I'm seriously like what the hell! A four piece McNuggets from McDonald's would have more chicken in it than what I got.

Heather was the best server! The food goes hard now. They have an all new menu. Definitely recommend the okra with the buffalo ranch sauce and the pretzel! Don’t sleep on O’Charleys anymore!

Salmon was so dry though well seasoned. Server was wonderful, attentive, helpful and friendly!

No wonder this chain is closing. The waitress was just on her phone and laughing it up with other servers. I had to ask for a refill. And she took forever to ask us our order. The place was pretty empty. The food was bland. The potatoes soup looked and tasted from a can. Hadn't been here in years and now I remember why.

Great for romance!

But the typical evening for this restaurant. The 10 minute wait turned out to be about 30 minutes. The service tonight was sub par and the fish was overcooked.
I've been here several times and will say, this is not typical. Usually the food is great and service is top notch. We'll go back and hope for better.

Our server Jasmine was excellent! The trout and salmon excellent! The beer ice cold! Great experience!

Haven't visited here in some time and was at one time one of my favorite places to eat. The service was wonderful but the food just wasn't as I remembered. The food was not the best. Their world famous chicken tenders did not live up to its name
