Quality of food has suffered since the pandemic at most restaurants. The portions and quality at this O'Charleys was exceptional. Our server, Joe, was friendly and attentive. Very pleasant experience.

This was our second time giving them a try. Food is not great, service is horrible. We went for "brunch" and they barley had anything. Won't be back.

On entering we were told there was a 10-minute wait, even though the place only appeared half full. After being seated our server introduced himself and his accompanying trainee. When asked about vegetarian options he stated that he had never had a vegetarian request in that restaurant. It seemed to be a bold-faced lie and not something to say in front of a trainee. He then said he would check with the kitchen. After waiting for his return for about 5 minutes we decided to leave. Our party went to another restaurant which provided us with excellent service and food.

Great service and great food. The food was prompt, cooked properly, and my tea glass never got empty.
Food is not good here. And the manager both of them wants to come out after I asked someone to just move from the table because they was being too loud. The manager wants to come out and kick us out of the restaurant. So you know what I have to tell your little manager, you ain’t a manager cause you don’t know what the hell you’re doing this place shut down

Oh my stars! My family and I had such a good time here at O’Charleys. Our server was Melody and she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, understanding, and made sure we were taken care of.The food? Holy cow! I am a very picky eater but the chicken bacon ranch wrap was having me drool with every bite.Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, amazing food!
