The food was the worst my husband and I have experienced in a while. We will not be going to this location again anytime soon. There must be a reason the Longhorn next door was packed and Outback was empty. Steak was cardboard and very overcooked, baked potato tiny, my meal came with onion straws that were not on the plate and I had to wait while they cooked them. All of this after waiting almost 45 min for our food to arrive and we were there around 2 in the afternoon. We usually love going to Outback so this was extremely disappointing.
Just to follow up. I reached out to the Outback link shared by the owner with more information and I have never gotten any response. That tells me customer service isn’t really that important to the management.

Server wasn't bad. It was pretty busy so she didn't get a chance to get around to us very often. Our food took quite a while and came cold. Mozzarella sticks tasted like they were freezer burned and steak had no flavor.

We had a wonderful evening at Outback Steakhouse the other night. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing, enjoyable dining experience.
I ordered the bone-in ribeye, and it was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Truly one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The sides were delicious as well, and everything was served hot and fresh.
The quality of both the food and service made the whole night feel special. We left full and happy. Big thanks to the team at Outback for delivering such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!

My wife and I got married 7/5/25 and we chose to stop by Outback for lunch. They asked what the occasion was and we told them we just got married. They comped half of our meal. We love Outback but it really made our day!

Great experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Canton, GA! We came in later in the evening, but still received fantastic service from our waitress Brooke, who was also working the bar. She was super friendly and attentive.
My wife and I both had the sirloin, perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. Our two young daughters enjoyed their meals too: one had the mac and cheese with fresh strawberries and oranges, and the other had the kids' sirloin with fruit. Everything came out quickly and tasted great.
Awesome service, great food, and as you expect from Outback, a relaxed family-friendly vibe. We'll definitely be back.

My Alice springs chicken wasn’t as great as I remember.. however I usually get the ribeye (which is out of this world) and wanted to try something different. Had a great experience with my sister who is in a powered wheelchair(see below).
