I’m surprised by the lower score and maybe we just got lucky but our experience at this Panera has been amazing. Clean, friendly and great food. This will be our new spot Sundays!

My favorite Panera! I’m bias because it’s the only one I’ve been in but great atmosphere and food. Perfect spot to study or to grab lunch or dinner with friends

I've mostly had delicious food but sometimes had not so great food but I keep coming back for convenience. Hard to judge.

Best Panera around! John was a huge help today when I accidentally ordered to the wrong Panera. By the graces of the bagel gods themselves, John was able to get my bakers dozen order ready so quickly I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't in a dream!! Thanks again!

I was just in and had a fairly large order, Tonya was so attentive, patient and friendly. I was in and out, with all the food in 20 minutes

I had a roasted chicken sandwich on cabiatta bread and my cousin had the berry salad and they were both delicious 😋

Ordered tuna sandwich was given a sandwich with not even half covered in tuna and then an absurd amount of lettuce. It’s sad to pay so much for a sandwich & receive such let down.

There are not many vegan or gf options, but they were very willing to make changes and accommodations for me.

I usually always find Panera to be pretty appetizing, but their pricing continues to be absurdly high. A tiny sandwich and a cup of thawed factory made soup cost almost $13. This is not a reflection on the quality of individual stores. The juice just ain't worth the squeeze.

I ordered an Asian chicken seseme salad and a green goddess salad, the Asian chicken came half full with no chicken and we only got one cup of goddess dressing.
However, I called and explained the situation. Stephanie was happy to amend the mistake! Very professional.

What in the world? Three cars in the drive thru and all I ordered was a frozen strawberry lemonade (which was more like a slushie thy melted) and I waited 17 min the guy in the middle was pissed he said he been waiting 25 min. The past couple of times the quality has been horrific, just this on in canton. The other two I goto are always on point. Also the drink was like in a kiddie cup size .
