These people don't understand how to read orders, how many times do I have to pay for extra dipping sauce before I actually receive it, DO BETTER! IS IT TO MUCH TO ASK FOR! your job is one of the easiest in the world. It's happened to many times, Im sorry

The last several orders from this location have been incorrect or I’ve had issues with customer service. This one star rating is based over multiple times of ordering and not one individual circumstance if you have another option for a Papa John’s, I would choose that location.
Blown away by the amount of labor allotted. Thank you for not exploiting your employees. Great team y’all have.

Pre-paid & tipped, delivery never showed. Had to drive up there. This place was so disgusting I lost my appetite and my money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER

Was told there would be an hour and a half long wait for my order when I placed it 30 minutes prior to even arriving to the store. Ended up walking out with no pizza & $25 poorer. Never going back

Every time they send door dash pizza is cold. Not accepting it anymore. Send it back every time. Owner needs to hire instead of being cheap. I worked there years ago. I know how long shit takes. This was pre GPS and we still did a better job. No excuse.

Pizza is good but this location is horrible! They constantly get my orders incorrect. Today, I tried to use a credit for a free pizza, due to them making me stand in their store for almost 45 minutes after screwing up my last order a week ago and believe it or not, when I arrived to pick up this pizza, they screwed up this order as well! Now I have to stand here and wait while they completely remake the order. The employee told me they were going to throw away the incorrect pizza and when I asked if I could still have it due to my problems she said no. What has happened to customer service?? In addition, now that I've been inconvenienced to stand there for over an hour and watch the makings of the pizzas, I've noticed many employees will handle front of the house business including the exchange of money and then go back to making pizzas without ever washing their hands or putting on gloves. This might explain why their Health Department score is in the 80's. Moving forward, I will be driving the extra distance to go to another location so I can get my order correct the first time.

I have been ordering food here for a long time and had not had any problems with the door dash but today my daughter placed an order and the door dash after an hour started calling us saying where we lived and that he was lost and that he could not find the address, more than an hour went by and he kept calling, I made the decision to call papa john's to find a solution and for them to tell me what to do because the payment had already been taken. And their response was; we have no control of the deliveries or door dash and there is nothing we can do, it is incredible and ridiculous that they take a payment and say that they are not responsible for the customers. After they take the payment they do not care if the customers receive the food or not. The last option they gave me was you can call customer service, it is ridiculous to think that you paid for something and that they do not care if it arrives or not. It is absurd that the workers and the manager of Papa John's say that they do not have control over the food deliveries but they do have control over the customers' money. Disappointment.
Terrible service, stopped and ordered inside, ordered two pizzas and one of them was an online special. I was told I would have to go online and order that separately even though i was right there at the register . Spoke with Joel the manager and he refused to let me just pay right there. I wasn’t asking for a lot and I hate that was such a big decision for Joel the manager but that’s terrible service . Joel needs to learn how to take care of his customers and papa johns corporate needs to make better choices on management if they want to take care of their customers
