My husband ordered a pizza here online and I picked it up.
We love Papa John's.
It's been 2 days now and we haven't been able to finish one pizza. What the heck happened to the sauce??? Did the recipe change for the dough? We got 2 pizzas because my husband is a big guy and works from home. He didn't even end up eating any for lunch. I came home nuked some and tried to give my dog the crust... he spit it out. Not joking. Not even sure what happened to the dough.
Where's the sauce? Toppings almost annoyingly would slide off back in the day. Gotta have sauuuuuce!!! We ordered the original We shouldn't have to ask for sauce.
I truly hope this is a one off. Please Papa John's, don't have cheap prices and cheap pizza. I'd rather pay more for better quality.

This store was INCREDIBLY busy and understaffed. The amount of orders with only two people working was stressful for ME. That said those two employees were very polite and professional despite impatient door dashers waiting and the huge amount of orders to fill.

No hair nets were worn….everyone had free flying hair and no gloves…handling food then the boxes then everything else… not expectable, will not be back, and will report

Horrible service here. It takes almost 3 hours to get your pizza. We tried to cancel after an hour and a half and she refused and said she would charge our card anyway.
Order from Dominos or Marcos. Or make a sandwich.

I remember when I used to eat papa John's 2 times a week or more. Ive been order from this location for years. It seems to only get worse. #1- the prices are ridiculous! I honestly can't believe the price of 1 large ( the works pizza ) my go to. One of the many reasons I have quit ordering from papajohns. #2- whenever I order deliver, they ALWAYS forget my extras ( sauces, drinks) So now if I do ever decide to order from here, I ALWAYS PICK UP and check my order before I leave #3- food quality- the price seems to only keep going up, I honestly have quit ordering from her because of the price. The quality though seems to get worse. This last pizza tasted like I was trying to rip off a piece of cardboard with toppings on it. Papa John's should honestly be ashamed of themselves. And im talking about THE COMPANY not just this store. The product we as customers are receiving does not at all even close justifying the price we are being charged for there product.. In my opinion, there quality is now equal to little ceasers pizza. This was unfortunately my last time ordering papajohns. Which is sad yo say... they used to be my favorite 😞
