What a disappointing experience. First off I ordered curbside pickup. Checked in and after 10 minutes sitting in my car I walked inside. Picked up the pizza and headed home. I ordered the pizza square cut and yes it was cut square and pie cut. What a mess when I opened the box. Not even the worst part of this order. The Italian sausage coverage looked as though the maker may have tossed a small handful from across the room. I am embarrassed for them and if the manager lets a pizza like this go out the door they aren’t “managing” anything. Won’t be back.

This use to be our favorite Papa Johns. They were always so friendly and always got our order correct. But for the last few months it has really went down hill. They are always getting our orders wrong. Then when we let them know they get mad and try to argue with us. Friday night the lady tried to argue with me that I ordered one of the pizzas the way they made it. I had to pull up my order online and show her that wasn't correct. She then got angry and said fine and remade it. We waited 20 mins. in the car. Then I went back in to get the remade pizza. They told me it was about to come out. By the time I got home my other pizzas were cold and the one that they remade was actually still not cooked all the way. I had to put them all in the over. One to cook and the others to warm up. This is about the 5th time we have had an issue. Needless to say we will never go back to this location again. We use to go every Friday night because we do family pizza night. But we be taking our business else were.

The driver drove past my house(I called the manager to let them know the driver just passed and might be lost, was told to call back in 15 minutes), and then proceeded to deliver our order to someone 10 minutes away, on the other side of 140(total wait time 1 hour 30 minutes to not get a pizza). The manager only offered to refund, or deliver without any expediting of the order. Poor Poor service. I have worked in retail and customer service for 30 years, and I definitely would have been more sympathetic and gone out of the way to rapidly replace the order or compensate for the loss of time and inconvenience. Will not be ordering from this location again!!

Approximately 50 minutes turned into 1.5 hours. Just wanted a simple barbecue pizza for my sons bday. The delivery service at this location has been getting worse. I expect better and a free pizza would be nice.

Been ordering from them for 6 years. Rarely have I ever had an issue. They treat us like one of the family. But if doordash ends up delivering due to short staff, it's a whole'nuther story. We don't order much anymore but it feels like they remember us and provides top notch service.

You pick it up and the pizza points to the ground. Really moist and kinda soggy. It has been good before but not lately. Maybe bake it longer or hotter temp idk

They didn't know how to refund my order. Now I have to call corporate and ask for help. This store has really gone downhill and in the words of the GM " because of "covid" the new people haven't received enough training." Time to move on. Fail.

Food was left out of our order we had to go to the store location then the lady that was working at the front was incredibly rude and was cussing someone out on the phone because the person had waited over an hour for their food and they didn't care staff is horrible... this is why dominos is better!!!

I recommend picking up from this location. Apparently they use a third party delivery company and the quotes times are almost an hour to an hour and a half past estimate. Last 2 orders the pizza was not even warm due to the papa John’s delivery debacle. I do not recommend ordering from this location.

Do NOT place an order for pick up!!!!! have used them multiple times through the app. Always good on delivery. Placed my order at 6:07pm 1hr before pick up at 7:15pm. Scheduled through the papa johns app today so my wife could pick it up on the way home. Order was suppose to be ready by 7:15pm!!! Showed up on time was told our order was lost and they were understaffed to bare with them. Rushed a new order. Well that order got thrown in the trash and no remade. It is now 7:40. My wife asks how much longer and they have to make our order again!! Also no refund or credit can be made because I ordered through the App!!! HELLO this is suppose to expedite service and I can't even get my money back if I wanted too!!!!!!
