Perrotta’s Pizza

Regular customer of Perottas and have had great experiences with the food and service until today. Hours for Sunday are posted as closing at 6PM. Arrived at 5:31 PM and were told that they won't take orders after 5:30 PM even though their OPEN sign was lit and the hours are posted as closing at 6 PM. The first server told us it was because they had take out orders to fill. The second server told us it was because they turn their oven off at 5:30 PM. Either way we were refused service even though we arrived at 30 minutes before their posted closing time. Disappointing especially for regular customers. If you want to stop taking orders 30 minutes before closing, fine, but put it in your hours so people don't drive 20 minutes for a meal only to be refused service.

Update - 11/01/25
I am pleased to say that following our last visit and the prior review, the owner of Perrotta's Pizza has updated their Sunday hours to reflect a 5:30 vs. 6:00 PM closing time. This is all we had asked for; i.e. if you're going to stop taking orders at 5:30 then tell your customers so they can plan accordingly. Thank you! We look forward to our next visit.

THE PIZZA IS THE BEST ONE IVE HAD IN A WHILLLLLLE!!! I love that it is family owned, very home feel. If you’re looking for good pizza PULL UP! Oh and let me just say the garlic knots ARE THE BOOOOMB.COM!

You should be honest.......Food was ok. Fans were on full speed with air conditioning on with outside temperature in the 60's, when asked if they could turn off fans was told no, sorry. When drinks brought out they had very little ice in them. When asked if I could have a cup of ice, I was told no, the ice was low in their machine...one would think they could get a couple bags of ice down the street at nearby Publix. Won't be back.

Visiting Canton for a wedding and stopped by for a quick bite before getting ready. Service was great and the biggest slices of pizza I have ever seen and delicious! Gluten free pizza was very good as well. The crust was crispy and tastes great!

Food is ALWAYS great and prices are even better. You cannot beat the cost of the single slice anywhere considering it’s nearly as big as the table. LOL! Go eat and enjoy!!

Woah Gina, we just didn’t like the bruschetta and that your manager didn't know how to train new employees. You only worked with her twice and both times half a shift.
I can definitely go more into detail about what I didn't like about your restaurant especially since you think it's professional to comment about my UNDERAGE daughter on a public forum but I won't because I respect family businesses. Now kindly remove the information about her or I can keep going.

Just the best take-out for pizza in Canton! Great attentiveness to my order, kind service, and wonderful food. Especially the Spinach White pizza! Bought our dinner, plus dinner for a neighbor. We are so fortunate to have this local treasure, here in Canton!
