Called in an order to pick up….big mistake… First of all they have the wrong address listed so 15 mins later we finally found Pizza Hut then they messed up our order so much that is not even close to what we ordered so they had to remake our pizzas then they got it wrong again. How does that happen. We tried to order on line but their system was down yet again. I will never ever ever visit this Pizza Hut location again.

Poor customer service, first time permanent hold 15 minutes then hang up second hang on call for me a whole 10 minutes and after that, they told me we’re not service in your area which is 2 miles away from here

I made an order at 7:03p on Monday October 3. It was supposed to be delivered at 735… I waited until 805 to call for an update. To my surprise I spent over an hour on the phone just trying to get someone to answer at the local store. Finally at 905p I made an order from Papa Johns. Then while still on hold with the local store still trying to get them to answer the delivery shows up. I told the delivery guy it was over an hour and a hate and I had zero communication from the store so they could keep it. I understand being under staffed… but communication is key. I would have been upset but understanding if they would have just answered the phone or somehow let me know the order was still In the works. As it is I did not accept the delivery. And will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again

Everytime I order from here they mess up my order.... now they have no regular crust only thin and no bread sticks not to mention it was painful even trying to give them my order. Also they refused to honor the deals they had online, probably because they were out of everything. Never again
Very UNHAPPYwith this location as I tried to place order online and was unable to do so. I tried calling them to place order and was told the lines was down however they could not add my rewards or honor the coupon i had however they could place my order at full amount. This is crap as this is an error on Pizza Hut part so they should have honor the discount. They awas very rude and even spoke with call center manager. So I placed order with Domino's and told them what happen with Pizza hut and they gave me a discount for the issues I had with Pizza Hut. Now that is really customer service.

Delivers at the wrong time when preordering. Delivers wrong food and I have to go to the store to get the right ones since only the call center answers the phone and can't help.
