Pizza was estimated to be delivered 30 minutes prior to being notified it was on the way. It was approximately an hour and 1/2 after ordering we received order. Store wouldn’t answer the phone, answering service was no help, staff at store when I drove to get pizza was no help.
Ordered a pizza at 5:57 and it didn’t come till 7:18. And it was cold and missing toppings. Called and was just left on hold. Wont be getting pizza from there again. It use to be good but not anymore.
Order date was 6/25/22 Called my order in spoke with Austin who was Amazing super friendly, kind and courteous. Took time to go over menu and pricing to help me make the best decision for my budget. When I mentioned why I was being so specific (one pie was for my 87 yr old father) he actually threw in a extra perk for such a special guest food was ready when picked up and what we came up with was actually pretty good. I'll return for the customer service alone.
