I just had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience with the delivery driver from this location.
When delivering my pizza, the driver made the following comment as he handed me the food: “I’m just trying to figure out why someone would only tip me $____. That’s an insult to delivery drivers.”
I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It is inappropriate for any employee to confront or criticize a customer in this way. I was shocked and uncomfortable being put in that position, and it left me with a very negative impression of Pizza Hut’s service.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. This type of behavior is not only disrespectful but reflects poorly on your company’s reputation.
