How is there no phone number to call for this location? I literally just watched the delivery driver pull in not even get out of his car and leave. Now says my order was delivered.

Went to pick up an order at the counter and waited a few mins before the lady came out and looked very angry. I said hello and no response and she angrily said your order isn’t ready!! Without asking who I was picking up for. Will never visit this establishment again. Pathetic behavior with trashy people and service.

Can you rate with negative stars? After arriving I was told my pizza was LOST & did not even offer to remake the pizza. They were just cussing at each other while looking for it. Also, the guy at the register was dirty looking, not someone you want handling your food.

If I could give negative stars I would. This happens every time we order the cheese breadsticks from this location they arrive burnt to a crisp. This location is TERRIBLE and we will never order from there again!!!!!!!!! It is hard to even get a live person let alone a manager on the phone to help fix a ruined order. Don’t ever order from here.

Yet another order was delivered with a missing item. This will be the last time we order from Pizza Hut for awhile. Tried calling the restaurant 4 times. Was on hold for a total of 25 minutes or more and never actually got through to the Holly Springs location.

The personal pan that used to be 3.99 is 6.00 now and slides all over in the box. Open it and see a pizza for a 3 year old -1/3 the size. Ridiculous.

I won't be ordering from this location again. The location is severely understaffed, and the employees don't have near enough training to properly run the place. Their management does not answer the phone when their employees need assistance. There is arguing in the back due to stress and frustration. They are ridiculously disorganized. Again, all of this stems from TERRIBLE management and training. Whoever owns and runs this establishment should be ashamed they put their employees through this.

I called to get a pizza delivered. I was first put on hold to check my address for delivery from the Holly Springs location. Then, I called back after being on hold for almost 10 minutes…I was answered by someone I couldn’t even understand, asked my phone number, and then out on hold again! Terrible service!

Pizza was estimated to be delivered 30 minutes prior to being notified it was on the way. It was approximately an hour and 1/2 after ordering we received order. Store wouldn’t answer the phone, answering service was no help, staff at store when I drove to get pizza was no help.
