I called at 2pm for a pickup around 6:15pm and it wasnt ready when I arrived. Employees were sitting around and they didnt even seem to know what i was talking about when I told them of my order. it took over 40 minutes for the order to be ready. Will not be coming back!!!

Twice now we have attempted to order online for carry out. Both times took multiple attempts. And both times our orders were missing items. The manager is usually outside on their phone while the staff inside is struggling.

Bad costumer service from the employees. The cashier had an attitude while talking to us, and we waiting almost an hour for our order, just for them to say they forgot our pizzas.

I have started using this location a lot more lately. I mostly do pick up in store & almost every time I go in, the manager Sherri is absolutely on point with her store. The food is always fresh, made how I ordered it, she's always nice/friendly/helpful/on top of the store it seems like. :) She really goes out of her way to make sure things are going right & customers are happy. I will be coming back even more in the future!

This location is just bad. When a small rush overwhelms them, quality drops to nothing, and items get forgotten. I guess if you slap together bad food and customers don't return, you wont have a rush to deal with.

How is there no phone number to call for this location? I literally just watched the delivery driver pull in not even get out of his car and leave. Now says my order was delivered.

Went to pick up an order at the counter and waited a few mins before the lady came out and looked very angry. I said hello and no response and she angrily said your order isn’t ready!! Without asking who I was picking up for. Will never visit this establishment again. Pathetic behavior with trashy people and service.

Can you rate with negative stars?
After arriving I was told my pizza was LOST & did not even offer to remake the pizza. They were just cussing at each other while looking for it.
Also, the guy at the register was dirty looking, not someone you want handling your food.

If I could give negative stars I would. This happens every time we order the cheese breadsticks from this location they arrive burnt to a crisp. This location is TERRIBLE and we will never order from there again!!!!!!!!! It is hard to even get a live person let alone a manager on the phone to help fix a ruined order. Don’t ever order from here.
