Consequently, I went through the ordering process once again and successfully placed the order for the second time. Upon reaching the store, I was asked whether I had placed two orders or just one. I explained the situation to the staff member, who then informed me that they had attempted to call and verify which order was correct. Unfortunately, I couldn't answer the...

My 2 medium pizzas were very delicious! Thankful for the staff it was easy to order. Although the Cinnabons were thrown together a bit with very little frosting. Delivery failed to provide napkins, forks, and plates.

Sherri, one of the managers at this location went above and beyond! I called in an order then had to cancel it a few min. later and it was not made clear and they ended up making my pizza anyway. After being notified later that it was still there and ready for me I talked with Sherri and let her know I called and canceled the order. Long story short I let her know the next time I ordered I would make sure the pizza that was made for me was paid for aswell. She had none of that...
