My order went to the wrong pizza hut. Instead of going to the one across the street it was sent to one 50 minutes away. The driver drove for an hour one way? Couldn't find my house then took the order back to the store. Makes no sense. The worse part is that they can't figure out how to give me a refund so now I am out $45 as well. Sucks.

Pizza Hut has a $27.99 deal with 2 medium pizzas, 8 boneless wings, breadsticks, and 2 dipping sauces. As our order arrived, we immediately noticed we were missing our 5$ Flatbread pizza. I called and was directed to a call center for Pizza Hut. Weird. I was told to hang up and call again to get the actual store. The lady who answered was very nice and said they were super busy and sorry for the inconvenience. She said she would send our pizza right out, and it would take about 30-40 mins. As soon as I hung up, I opened our boneless wings, seeing that the flavor on the sticker was not matching what we had originally ordered. Upon opening it, we were given 8 bone-in wings. Called back and spoke to the same lady who apologized again and would have it sent back with the Flatbread. After hanging up, I took a bite of one of our pizzas only to notice there weren't any banana peppers. At this point, I wasn't calling back and should have known just to check every single item. Waited over an hour and a half for everything. For the price of everything and after waiting so long we won't be ordering from here again. The driver who dropped the order off the second time through door dash was annoyed. Pizza was fine, just not worth all the hassle.
