Just gross. We have had mediocre luck here in the past but tried it one more time because it's close. Absolutely awful. The stuffed crust not only looked freezer burned, but tasted it. Definitely older than should be acceptable. All the cheese was oozed or melted out and the crust was nearly hallow. A waste of time and money. We won't be doing business here again ever. I don't care it's convenience the pizza is shit.

I am not happy with my last order which was today 12/30/2025.I ordered 4 large pizza’s ,3 of them were supposed to be hand toss but the bottom of pizza was like a thin crust.The edge crust was very hard and couldn’t eat it at all. I have never had this problem before.Dough was either over proofed or old dough.

There is something really wrong with this dough. Almost tastes like it was frozen then thawed. Super dry and there is no rise in the dough almost like a thin crust pizza. To be honest, this pizza was totally disgusting. Little Cesar would have been a better choice. I don't sit here all day and write reviews every two seconds but this one was worth taking the time. We will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again. They use to be one of the better choices for quick good pizza... I don't know what happened. On that the wings were decent as you would expect. The cheese bread was normal. But wow the pizza dough was absolutely vile.

Placed my order for carry out to be ready at 11:03. Arrived at 11:15 to the employee counting cash and stating they are not staffed to be open until midnight and everything had already been off. No phone call or notification that they would not be able to make it and wanted my time driving out there.

Josh is absolutely the coolest. I think he works lunch most days ALONE but he is so great and always super fast. I come in all the time and he is completely down to earth and conversational. Really recommend coming in and meeting Josh!!

DO NOT ORDER HERE!
1) Didn't include the drinks I paid for, 2) pawned the order off on Doordash who sent the driver to sit at another restaurant with my food before delivering, 3) then when I called to get the drinks I didn't receive removed sat on hold for 10 minutes before having to drive to the store for a refund.

Ordered our pizza online. Got to the store to pick it up and they hadn't even started making it. They acted like they didn't have a clue that I had ordered a pizza. Waited for them to fix one. Got it home and the dough wasn't even cooked through. The WORST pizza we have ever had. I could have got a better pizza at Little Cesar's.

There was an issue with our online order and needed the delivery time changed. Kayla, the store manager, went above and beyond to remedy the issue in person. Although the corporate call center is located in another country and was not helpful at all, the management and employees at this store provided a fast and much appreciated remedy.
