DO NOT ORDER HERE!
1) Didn't include the drinks I paid for, 2) pawned the order off on Doordash who sent the driver to sit at another restaurant with my food before delivering, 3) then when I called to get the drinks I didn't receive removed sat on hold for 10 minutes before having to drive to the store for a refund.

Ordered our pizza online. Got to the store to pick it up and they hadn't even started making it. They acted like they didn't have a clue that I had ordered a pizza. Waited for them to fix one. Got it home and the dough wasn't even cooked through. The WORST pizza we have ever had. I could have got a better pizza at Little Cesar's.

There was an issue with our online order and needed the delivery time changed. Kayla, the store manager, went above and beyond to remedy the issue in person. Although the corporate call center is located in another country and was not helpful at all, the management and employees at this store provided a fast and much appreciated remedy.

We did an order on app, pick up in the drive-thru. I normally order food at the Pizza Hut in Towne Lake but this time I ordered at Riverstone. It will probably be the last time we go there just since we were disappointed. I ordered an 8pc boneless BBQ chicken and not only were there less than 8 pieces (only 7) but the 7 pieces were small and one piece was so small it was only overcooked hard breading and no chicken. The pizza we got was okay but a bit overcooked. The cinnamon rolls were fine. Normally at the Pizza Hut we go to, if they have a few super small, smaller than normal pieces they give *more* than the 8 pieces to make up for super small pieces. This time we didn't even get 8 pieces and they were super small. The employee who handed me the order in the drive thru was friendly.

We ordered 6 of your My Hut Boxes this evening and the dang pizzas had no marinara sauce on them. Tasted like stale dough. It was disgusting and a total waste of money. Manager and employees need to do better. Jesus, how does a pizza place screw up pizza.

I ordered a dinner box Friday night and I got food poisoning from it. I was vomiting all day Saturday. It was awful. Something was very very wrong with that pizza or the bread sticks.
I ordered and paid for 4 ranch dressings and only got 1. Couldn’t get the store to pick the phone up. Everything else was fine. Just wanted my money back for the extra dressings I didn’t get for my crew.

The manager on duty was very nice. She provided excellent customer service by explaining everything on the 7 deal. She explained it to my husband, and then again to me when I came in. She was friendly, and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious. I absolutely loved the garlic cheese sticks. My husband loved the bacon cheese sticks. This is the second or third time I have ordered at this location. This store seems to always have pleasant employees working.
After waiting 1hr and 30 minutes still waiting I understand 45 minutes but 2 hours also calling the store and they don’t care! Never got my order so sadly because I won’t order again from them! I place my order 12/8/2023 @ 1:10pm it’s 4:05pm never received my order!

37$ for 2 large pizzas.... Such a rip off when the website said I can get 5 topping large with a drink for 20$. Will nvr go to a pizza hut again. Will just go to Domino's. Least they don't up price the pizza on me. And what I've been reading on here they don't even reply to peoples reviews. Really bad management. Place should be shut down
