Was only one there. Waited 20 mins before I just left.

We went through the drive thru and the manager taking the orders got the order wrong and it had to be repeated 3 times. We still got the wrong drinks. We then were told to pull around. I decided to go in and wait for it. When she gave me the food I started to check it since the order seemed to be so difficult. She stared me down, I said just checking to make sure it’s right. She said oh it’s right ! I said what is your name because you been quite rude and can’t get seem to get our order right. She said “I’m not going to tell you, I’m a nice person so they wouldn’t believe you anyway” I said I want your name, she constantly repeated “Popeyes, now have a good day”!

Worst Bojangles I've ever been to.

I usually don't write reviews of fast food restaurants if they do poorly because there are a lot of factors that play into a fast food restaurant.

With this Bojangles, it seems that every time I come there is an issue, and it is clear why it is always dead and no one ever comes here. I don't understand why this location is still open and in business.

First, you get the good old fashion Bojangles hospitality every time to stop in, with very rude and hostile employees.

Second, you have to pray that they even have what you were hoping to get, because half the time you try to order something and they say they are out or they don't have it.

Third, if they do have it, you will be waiting as long as you'd wait at a sit in restaurant, 15-30 minutes.

My last straw with this place is my pregnant wife was really wanting some fried chicken, so we stopped in the drive through when they "supposedly" open at 10am.

We were asked to wait 10 minutes, which was fine. We sat there for about a minute, and then we were yelled at to leave the speaker (this was during operating hours), so we did leave and went down the street to Bojangles, who is always packed and we were gladly served at Bojangles.

Don't waste your time with this place, go to the KFC or Bojangles, or even Publix if you're looking for fried chicken.

Picked up a 12 pc meal for Saturday dinner. Took longer than usual to get our food so I figured it was being cooked. Nope. Got home and found half the chicken was lukewarm, tasteless, and hard. The other half was hot but had no flavor. This wasn’t my usual store so I will not be returning.

Willing to wait for fresh fried chicken, however if you tell me it's 15 minutes and we're still waiting 30 minutes later....I consider that poor management also rude to lie. Please hire better managers and professional staff members. There's a line of waiting cars at 8:30 on a Friday night. Still waiting 40minutes....and my husband went in to get it and stare them down. We could have sat at Cracker Barrel and be eating by now with our family. 2 stars for the food. Won't be back to this one. Oh they only gave us 15 pcs. Lol . Please hire better.

They gave me raw body chicken and was rude when I asked for a refund they didn’t give me one and they refused to give me corporates number.

I wonder if the employees were brought from a drug addict clinic, the white lady who is at the window only spends her time eating and acting like crazy. It took more than 40 minutes for an order. It's the worst

Has anybody ever gotten their drive thru food in the freaking drive thru line? I hate to say this, the spicy chicken is good, but the waiting 30 mins beside the store to get a bag of chicken? C'mon guys.

Chicken can be held hot for 4 hours, during that time you could have at least 2 8pc and tenders... Spicy and hot. Instead everything is cooked to order, which is shocking since this place is out of food every time I go. Half the menu is "We're outta that." or "Yeah we don't carry that no more."... C'mon dude. If you don't have it, pull the placard, and maybe order some product... A good start would be making sure the chicken restaurant has chicken.

Whoever owns this place needs to check what kind of business he's franchised. This is the worst place to get food in canton, and that's beating out the Little Caesar's with their pet roach.

I could complain more, but it obviously doesn't help. TLDR; This place is so incompetently run I'd swear it has to be making meth on the side to keep the lights on.

This location never has chicken ready or they are completely out of chicken! The worst customer service I have come across in Canton.. would Not recommend to dine in or drive thru
