We had a fabulous Christmas meal. The food & service were excellent. The staff were dressed for the festive occasion & all had smiles on their faces. We so appreciate them working on Christmas to make sure we enjoyed ours!

We dined at Red Lobster on Christmas Day and had a reservation. While we did experience about a 30-minute wait past our reservation time, we understood this due to the holiday and how busy the restaurant was.
Unfortunately, once we received our food, the experience was very disappointing. Our total bill was over $250, yet the food quality was unacceptable. The crab legs were overcooked with very little meat, and the potatoes were undercooked and unpleasant. Overall, it was an all-around poor dining experience.
This location has always been good during previous visits, which is why this experience was so surprising. Given the cost and the occasion, we expected much better

We reserved a table at Red Lobster for our Christmas day Dinner and we extremely happy with the reservation process! We had expected a line out the door (which was not the case) and the possibility of having to find someone who would confirm our reservation (none of which occurred!) but instead we found a few people waiting outside and an eager matre 'd ready to confirm our reservation and take use to our table. I will most certainly use OpenTable for all my future reservations!!!!

We had dinner at Red Lobster in Canton GA on December 17th. Our server was Ripley. Our expectations were very low as our last previous experiences were horrible. But that location was Roswell GA. We decided to chance a Red Lobster again since it’s been a couple years and a new city. We were so thrilled we stopped. We were seated right away and Ripley was prompt in asking for drinks and appetizer. Once we knew what we wanted our order was placed and Ripley was actually helpful in us getting exactly what we wanted. All the food was amazing. Those biscuits. Heaven! The grilled shrimp and Cajun chicken Alfredo were superb! We were so glad we stopped! It all exceeded our expectations. And if you visit this location, ask for Ripley.

After an extended absence from Red Lobster, my spouse made a request for our family to dine at the once-loved chain. As we were celebrating her birthday, we were looking for a pleasant dinner experience. Our server, Caroline, made the time there fun, exciting and remarkable. My wife requested a specific version of the “happy birthday song” (the Stevie Wonder version, #iykyk) and Caroline lead it! My family enjoyed their food and so did my wife. She had the boil and said it was seasoned well. My choices were limited because there are very few vegetarian options on the menu. Other then that, the New Red Lobster was enjoyable. PS - the music selection was great. The volume was perfect.
We had Tyler tonight for dinner at the Canton location he was extremely nice and a very good waiter we also saw Santa and Mrs.Claus eating dinner, the food was great… Thanks Tyler for such wonderful service.
