I do not understand what the hype is about this place. When you walk in it's dingy and smells like it looks. The food was terrible. The cole slaw tasted like they poured a shot of vinegar over it before serving, the steak my son got was tough as heck and his lobster tail was rubber. Same with my meal; I got the parmesan encrusted chicken and the chicken was like biting through rubber also. I could've spent maybe $5 to $10 more per meal at a great restaurant and received 10X better food. This was my 1st and last time in a Red Lobster unless I want the Applebee's of seafood in the future which I do not see happening. Absolutely terrible. Hire better cooks!

Our waitress, Christine, was exceptional and made our evening out very enjoyable. The food was excellent! The Friday special was fish and chips with coleslaw & was cooked to perfection. An extra bonus is that they take Open Table reservations.

We came to celebrate my mother’s 65th birthday. Immediately everyone was so attentive to make her feel special. Our server, Hannah, even took the extra step to ask my mom’s name which made her feel incredibly special. The manager on the floor, Noah, also made sure that my mom was feeling incredibly special for her birthday. They were so attentive and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience to celebrate such a big milestone in my mother’s life. We look forward to coming back, and hopefully getting to sit in Hannah’s section again. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service and delicious food!
