My party walked in and placed a pretty sizable order. We sat down and realized the restaurant was closing in 5 minutes. I apologized and told the cashier we would take it to go- we had no idea they were closing. All of the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, inviting us to dine in if we’d like. We did end up taking it to go (with a kind bonus of peach cobbler), and even though the food is outSTANDING- crispy and flavorful wings, juicy ribs, etc- we are impressed with the professionalism of the team working tonight.

Outstanding food. I come here twice a week for lunch. The shack is across the street from the fitness center I work out in. Every meal I've had has been cooked to perfection. I'm trying every meal on the menu. A grilled chicken sandwich I ate last week was the best in my long life. The smothered pork sandwich I ate today was fantastic! The young ladies that work at the register and servers are friendly, helpful, and keep the tables clean. What a great place!

Love the barbecue pork and we go to the original rib shack location and get take outs 2-3 times per month. Last time we ordered a large side of Cole slaw, it was HORRIBLE, rancid. We had to throw it out. Went to the original location today to order bbq takeouts for lunch. Told the counter person about the Cole slaw last time, she got the shift manager, I told her about it, she called the manager on the phone who told her that they changed the Cole slaw recipe, nobody likes it, but she cannot help me, no replacing the large side, no nothing. Terrible customer service

I ate with my son and wife on a Monday afternoon around 2PM. I should have known something was up when we received our food within 4/5 minutes,. My son said the chicken tenders were very bland , only ate half. My wife asked when ordering for the hottest wings possible. They came out with very mild sauce, when I asked for some hot sauce on the side they brought a tiny cup maybe enough for one wing. I ordered the BBQ Platter, the pork was disgusting it was a pile of mush. I was extremely hungry so I ate some of it. On the way home ( 30 minutes later ) I felt like I was gonna throw up. I ended up taking some nausea medication and slept for 3 hours. Also, please hide the cook in the kitchen he came out and looked like he hasn't had a shower in a month. Don't waste your money on this garbage. Owner, no point responding and trying to defend yourself, I have read your responses to other bad reviews and rather than telling everyone they should have asked for the manager ( if the food was any good we wouldn't have to ) you get very defensive rather than tell folks your plan on fixing this disgusting food. We could have went across the street to Zaxby's and saved $ and had much better food. My advice to you is to find a different business because you sure as hell can't deliver on good food. We will NEVER BE BACK. Don't try to sugarcoat your response it is what it is the food is absolute crap

Shane’s Rib Shack delivered on every level! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we ordered. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive—from smooth online ordering to quick pickup. I was especially touched to see an employee assist a gentleman with a walker to his car. That kind of care and service makes all the difference.
Definitely not the best BBQ I've had. It's been better in the past.

Ordered the sampler, asked for my wings rolled and they came out with no sauce. Asked the waitress to put the sauce on and she brought it back less then 20 seconds with this. Pathetic..
