Everyone Was Very Helpful. One Of Our Party Got Wings Mild But They Were To Hot To Eat. The Manager Came By To See If Everything Was Okay. We Told Him About The Wings And He Said I Will Cook You Some Fresh Chicken Wings With No Sauce. They Were Great Wings. I Was Amazed At Their Service And Care For The Customers. Everything Else Was Delicious. Our Waiter Was Very Courteous And Polite And Kept Our Drinks Filled And Asked A Few Times Did We Need Anything. My Friend Was An Amputee And The Owner Made Sure We Were Placed At A Desirable Location Where He Could Reach The Table In His Wheelchair. I Can’t Say Enough About The Service Here. We Live Out Of Town But I Will Be Back At Doctor Visits. Thank You And God Bless You All

Forgot items AGAIN in our to go order. This has happened now 5 times. Not going back. If you order anything to go, check it in the restaurant before you leave, or do what I am going to do and order elsewhere.

I had dinner there sept 19th 2025. The food i had. A Cuban was awful gave me a stomach ache. My wife got quesadillas and they were terrible. My daughter had lemon pepper wings. They were dry and tasteless. A very bad experience.

We have been going to this Sidelines location for many years. We went tonight and will not go back again. The food was good, but the service was absolutely horrendous. It took our server quite a while to even greet us and take a drink order. He apologized for the wait. After our food was delivered, I tried to put ketchup on my french fries but the bottle was empty. I laid it on the edge of the table with the top open, kind of hanging over the side. It was quite obviously empty. A half a dozen wait staff and the manager walked by several times and no one even noticed. Our waiter didn’t come back until we were almost done. We never got drink refills. When I finally flagged him down for the check, he apologized for the wait, AGAIN. Worst service we’ve had at a restaurant in many years. Again, we will not be back. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I had a fantastic experience at Sidelines in Canton, GA. The food was genuinely delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. A few weeks ago, I enjoyed a great meal but unfortunately misplaced the receipt, which meant I couldn’t expense it.
I reached out to Renee, and she went above and beyond—retrieving the receipt for me with no hassle and no questions asked. Her responsiveness and professionalism made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find that level of customer care, and it absolutely elevated my experience.
Highly recommend Sidelines not just for the food, but for the people who make it a great place to visit.
