Absolutely horrible experience for a long standing customer. There was an outside company set up to do music trivia. When they started the music, my wife screamed in pain because it blew out her hearing aids. The manager that has been our server in the past told me multiple times how she was not at fault and that it was the fault of the trivia contractor. All I heard from her was her displacing any responsibility whatsoever in the situation. No offer of making it right or attempting to assist, just how it wasn't her fault. When the problem started, she told me that there was nothing that she could do about the volume. I actually had to raise my voice to her to get it turned off. I couldn't believe the mishandling of the situation or the position she took with a customer that she recognized when I walked in the door. Absolutely appalling finish to what was a good meal. Be assured that we won't be back!

Great food, fantastic and friendly service from Andrew! He masterfully cared for our large party during lunch hours. If I lived closer, I would always ask for him. All the food came out delicious and delightful. Can't wait to return.

I can truly say that out of the many sidelines this one has not messed up a meal once for me. The staff is excellent and usually very attentive without being too attentive to bother you. Every week I have the pleasure of stopping in and always greeted with a smile from the hostess stand and sat fairly quick if there is ever a wait. Thank you to the crew and staff here. If you could cookie cut the service and food to the other locations who have had struggles ongoing, then it would be amazing bar-none. Keep up the ever developing chain. Thank you.

We have been here several times and I am not a fan of the pay process. I prefer to view my bill prior to payment. I don’t like how they give you a total without a bill, take payment at the table.

The food was good and I loved the atmosphere, we had a great time and we will be going back again.The waitress Mary Lynn was very respectful and checked on us pretty consistently.PS.... the corn dog was very nice, 5 ? corn dog ?
I have loved this restaurant for the longest time, but the quality and quality has gone down hill. In person there’s a few times a waiter will disappear on you for half an hour. If you get to-go it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get the normal portion. Tonight it saddens me to write this review as I got some soup and it came out as only 4 table spoons worth.. I measured because I was so upset. Called the restaurant to let them know about it, and the manager seemed apologetic, but overall insincere.

I’M DONE WITH THIS SIDELINES LOCATION! I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with Riverstone Sideline’s Location. I have always loved the food and experience at Sidelines, HOWEVER the Riverstone location is absolutely horrible. The last 5 times, I have ordered my order has been messed up. And 2 times while DINING IN! A simple Grilled Chicken Sandwich with ONLY lettuce and cheese, somehow gets messed up. Every. Time. Even after I’ve called and repeated the order back 2x, as well as the server. As a worker in the restaurant industry this is ABSURD! I will not be returning anymore to this location, I will drive 20 minutes further to any other location. I hope this improves for others, as my experience at this location has been awful.
