Does not know how to properly sequence drinks and manage orders in a timely fashion
I love starbucks, but this location is awful. It’s rare I order my drink and it be made correctly. They’re extremely careless when it comes to crafting drinks, and even more so when it comes to correcting an error. I’d avoid going to this location, because every time I do I’m disappointed.

NASTIEST STORE EVER. Gnats EVERYWHERE. If you have a fear of gnats do NOT come here. Manager Katie or whatever had an attitude when I asked about the DISGUSTING state of the store. Corpurate WILL BE contacted !!!! This store is unGNATurally disgusting

Baristas were nice, the store was nasty. Wife and I counted at least 40 nats in the food display. Could see them flying around all over the store.

I couldn’t have a good meeting with my partner because the background music was very loud, I recommend that the music be at acceptable levels so that we can have a better experience next time

8/10 times I come here my coffee order gets made wrong. I usually just go in, ask politely to get it fixed and say thank you and leave. This morning the barista that was fixing it for me (Dalia I think was her name? I couldn’t see it clearly) was SUPER rude. She had a very snarky attitude with me and threw my remade one back on the counter at me. I try so hard to not come off as rude. It’s just a $7 coffee that I’d like to be made right, but I never bring up the countless remakes I’ve had, or give attitude at all because I’ve worked for Starbucks before, I know what a pain people can be. I just really don’t appreciate the attitude thrown at me for no reason. She wouldn’t even let me get my words out. I don’t know if I’ll come back to this location which stinks because it has been my favorite one simply because of the service I’ve always received.

Terrible service. We came early this morning before our vacation because the hours online said they were open. After waiting at the speaker with no response, we drove up to the window to ask what time they opened. The barista looked directly at us and then completely ignored us. I understand if the store was closed, but it’s unacceptable customer service to not acknowledge guests or simply say, “We’re not open yet.” That small courtesy would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

They’re terrible and if you ask them to remake a drink that they made wrong they get a huge attitude. A Asian girl working today had the nerve to huff at me for asking nicely for it to be made correctly. Why should I have to accept something made incorrectly that I spent money on.

Poor quality. I ordered a tea latte and it came out lukewarm, the milk had been made hot but the water added to the tea was cold. It was a shockingly poor mixture and a great disappointment for what I hoped would have been a warming joy to a rainy day. The barista was very cordial and cheery when she handed me a cup of disappointment.
Somehow the expectation is that I spend another hour returning to the store for a remake. More likely I simply won't return.
