8/10 times I come here my coffee order gets made wrong. I usually just go in, ask politely to get it fixed and say thank you and leave. This morning the barista that was fixing it for me (Dalia I think was her name? I couldn’t see it clearly) was SUPER rude. She had a very snarky attitude with me and threw my remade one back on the counter at me. I try so hard to not come off as rude. I’ve been coming here every day now, and each visit truly makes my day better. From the moment I walk in, EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER greets me with a warm welcome, making me feel like a valued customer. They are consistently friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure I have a great experience. My drinks are always made quickly and perfectly, just how I like them.

I don't really go to Starbucks anymore but I stopped in here for a quick sandwich for my son because his lunch was accidentally thrown away. Paul working the drive-thru made our day with his friendliness and gesture of kindness. It just brightened our stressful day so much. Little things like this can make such a big difference.
