I’m known as the guy who cannot live without a cup of coffee in the morning, afternoon, and night. In the mornings I hop over to Starbucks and get me an espresso or cold brew. Every time it has consistently been really good and I applaud the service and baristas! This location is a great Starbucks!

I come to the Starbucks all the time multiple times in a day whether I’m by myself or with my daughter, however, this morning I encountered a very rude employee who had issues with handing me an online order while I was making a purchase through the drive-through stated I have to go inside when that’s never been an issue for any other Starbucks location or this location during the afternoon or evening times Very disappointed in the lack of training as well as the lack of employees correcting somebody when they’re in the wrong .

I normally have a great experience here, but today was not good. They burnt my breakfast sandwhich. It was red cup day, and I went at like 6:15am, so I know they have cups, but I didn’t get one. I ordered a holiday drink. I’ve never gotten to participate in red cup day, so I was excited, but disappointed in the end. I called to ask about it, and the guy that answered the phone was mean. I’m surprised at the attitude; they are normally really sweet. I miss the girl that sang when she took our orders, she always provided a great experience :”)
