This store is great, my wife & I have coffee here every weekend and some weekdays. Everyone is always really dang nice - always a neat little chat at the drive thru window, which I enjoy. Our coffee is always perfect and that aspect of consistently good service can’t be overlooked. Please pass on my compliments to the crew!

I sat there waiting for my order just for him to bring out the wrong order entirely and just for him to give me a nasty look and say I made the wrong thing then after waiting again messed a a basic drink adding so much water it has no flavor

Every time I come after 7:40 they offer limited options or no service at all, clearly before 8:00 pm, they are always in a hurry to leave… I guess after 7:15 pm do not count on all options available.

We can’t wait for the alternate location to open so we have options. Had to leave without one of our drinks this morning because we placed an order on the app, it took over 20 minutes to just get two of our drinks and I had to get my kids to school. This is a regular occurrence here… even when no one is in line, it takes forever. We came over the weekend and they were out of all the seasonal drinks. ??

Black coffee today had almost no “coffee” in it, more of a coffee flavored hot water. The tall girl with glasses is also very rude.

I ordered a Hazelnut Cappuccino. The barista put 2 oz of hazelnut syrup in it (which is wayyyyy too much for a small volume drink like a cappuccino.)It was absolutely inediblely sweet.Please train your staff better or get out of the coffee business.

Is 7:15 so far and the lady won’t do it a Frappuccino bcuz she already wash the blender… pls if u gonna try to give a good service… should u hire friendly employees who cares abt the job!!Very disappointed
This is ridiculous. Got in line at 7:27 and have been waiting at the register with no one in front of me for someone to take my order. It’s now 8:08 and no one has helped us. You need to better staff your store. Everyone’s focused on mobile orders..

Parking: It’s a Big parking lot with plenty of spaces and I am disabled military so it has a parking spot for me
