We can’t wait for the alternate location to open so we have options. Had to leave without one of our drinks this morning because we placed an order on the app, it took over 20 minutes to just get two of our drinks and I had to get my kids to school. This is a regular occurrence here… even when no one is in line, it takes forever. We came over the weekend and they were out of all the seasonal drinks. ??

I ordered a Hazelnut Cappuccino. The barista put 2 oz of hazelnut syrup in it (which is wayyyyy too much for a small volume drink like a cappuccino.)It was absolutely inediblely sweet.Please train your staff better or get out of the coffee business.

Is 7:15 so far and the lady won’t do it a Frappuccino bcuz she already wash the blender… pls if u gonna try to give a good service… should u hire friendly employees who cares abt the job!!Very disappointed

This is ridiculous. Got in line at 7:27 and have been waiting at the register with no one in front of me for someone to take my order. It’s now 8:08 and no one has helped us. You need to better staff your store. Everyone’s focused on mobile orders..

Is constantly out of product even though they are located inside a grocery store. Wont tell you something is out and will make it with what they have and not tell you until they give it to you. Charged me earlier for a Venti because they didn’t have cups but gave me a grande and filled it up not even halfway, the rest was foam and even the foam wasn’t filled to the top of the cup.
