My review is not a reflection of the service I received. The baristas are very friendly. However, I get the same drink every morning, I go to different Starbucks to get it bc I travel all over but when I do go to this location, the drink is always made wrong. The person taking the order will put it in correctly, then whoever makes it misreads the sticker and makes it wrong. If I wasn’t in the drive thru I would say something to them or have them remake it. If it was a one time thing I would understand, but every time I go to this location they do this. For reference my drink is a venti shaken espresso w/ 4pumps brown sugar, 2 pumps white mocha, extra ice, and vanilla sweet cream AS THE MILK. They always add cold foam on top. I DONT WANT COLD FOAM. Once is an accident, twice is coincidence, now it’s been more than 5-6 times and I’m over it.

The line moves fast and staff is friendly. The ham and cheese croissant seems smaller and not as much of a croissant texture as it used to be though. Not as good now.

Gotta be honest, only leaving this review for one person. The wait this morning was a little longer than I would have liked but that’s okay because Gage was super chill. He was super friendly, complimented my car, and was just a nice guy. The few seconds of interaction with him made the wait not so bad. Give him a pay increase

They will shortchange you if you use cash. First time it happened I assumed it was accident but now it feels like they are stealing. This time I noticed, the manager took 5 minutes trying to figure out what happened and still didn’t give me my correct change. I just drove off because there was a long line forming and I was losing patience but it sucks to lose $3 to incompetence

I ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino. I received a drink that has zero vanilla or any flavor in it. I will never return to this store after paying almost 7 dollars for a drink that has zero taste!

Order a vbean and a sandwich the vbean wasn't supposed to be brown color and the sandwich she handed it to me and it fell right out of the bag it was in. And rou the person that handed to me just looked at it and walked off. This place is a nasty place and very poor customer service here. I would not recommend this place no one.

The cashiers always get angry when you hesitate over a word, they immediately give you their face. Cappuccinos are always served at less than half the glass. I understand that they have foam but beyond that the glass feels like it has nothing. I asked for tea and since it's cold I forgot to ask for it hot, they didn't ask me either and they gave it to me cold. I have come here 3 times for convenience. But it's the last one 🧐

I’m not one to write reviews but I fear I had a pretty bad experience today. I went through the drive thought and asked for a drink I only knew by the name I saw on social media , I know it’s annoying but I genuinely didn’t know the actual name so I asked the employee, Adien, and he said “the honey citrus mint tea, I’ve never heard anyone call it that” and he just said it with a little attitude, but I was like okayy. I get to the window and he loudly announces that my card declined which is ofc embarrassing, but I get my drink and there’s was still a lot of space on top… I swear I didn’t drink from it. I understand fast food is rough, I work in fast food too, but there’s no need to be passive aggressive
