I have been a regular here for a long time and will no longer be coming here. This place lacks basic customer service. Today, after spending $14 on a coffee and breakfast sandwich, they told me they would have to charge me for a sprinkle of oreo on my 3-year-old daughter's pup cup. Insanity! They told me they would let it go this time but next time, they would have to charge me for the sprinkle. That's OK, because I will gladly make coffee at home or go elsewhere. This company has gotten so corporate, so greedy, and lacks such basic customer service, that I could care less about a PSL. I am done. Byeeeeeeeee.

Great service, clean atmosphere but my matcha lattes and chai lattes always taste like lightly flavored milk. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This is the only store that this happens to me at. It doesn't matter if it's a lavendar one, vanilla chai, matcha, it's just milk with a light light hint of flavor. I'm not going to complain at the store bc they'd be remaking my drink everytime. I started just getting espresso shots sometimes and if I want a latte I'll drive to a different location, it's so ridiculous. Is it consistent? Yes. Which makes me wonder if they're being told to put less bc seriously I can count on them to give me a glass of milk with ice instead of a delicious drink to start off or end my day. I kept going in the morning and it kept happening so then I started going in the evening thinking maybe the morning person just can't make them right, nope it happens in the evening too. 🥲 I used to get Starbucks everyday, not anymore

Really cute and modern looking Starbucks! Lots of open space with a chill vibe. I always want to order caramel macchiatos, but I feel like they're always so bitter at first. I asked the barista here, and she explained that macchiatos are layer and that if the initial bitterness bothered me, I could always order my caramel macchiato stirred/shaken. Ever since then, I've ordered my macchiatos just like that, and I haven't had a single bad one yet! Super nice people who are willing to listen to a ignorant coffee lover like me explain what I want so that they can tell me how to order it in the future. Also very cute patio. I think it would be a lovely spot to go and read a book while sipping on some coffee if the temperatures ever drop and the rain decides to go somewhere else!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations and I'll always make a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area and craving caffeine or a sweet treat. My go-to order is an iced chai with two shots of espresso and oat milk, and it's consistently perfect every time. The baristas here are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely brighten my day. The dining area is clean, spacious without feeling empty, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. It's a great spot to relax, recharge, or grab something on the go.

Smooth and efficient. Just what you'd expect from a Starbucks. Breakfast sandwiches were very good, as was the service. Coffee tastes a bit burnt but that's the Starbucks way. If you like it that way -- and plenty of people do -- you won't be disappointed.
Very nice location.Good ambience. This is my experience I requested a Grande Mocha ☕ Coffe and for the first time buying at different locations in this one I feel the peculiar very light, highly Foaming coffe I asked why's that the other one's have more coffe and in this one I have so little coffe and the person in charge said they have been doing that all the time, that is the way supposed to be.I claimed that was so different from others restaurants she reaffirm that is the way should be the coffe made.When I open literally I blow Foaming away and was like a shot 1/2 of coffe size my Sister has to pour out some of her coffe to compliment mine. From now one im going to paid attention what I requested and sizes. *
