The two gentlemen working Thursday April 18th at 2 pm had me walk out. They were busy with online orders and didn’t even lift an eye to say they would be with us in a moment or apologies for the delay! They never changed their gloves between orders or between going to the back to get new packs of ingredients so there were several cross contamination situations. Just when I start to get the heebie geebies…the younger gentlemen started coughing to his side and was absolutely contaminating the food. I had to go at that point. We had no one in front of us and we already waiting 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. Terrible experience.

Today I went with my husband to get 3 foot longs and the service was absolutely great, this is not the first time my husband and I go to this location. I always get my sandwich made by the same guys, and I just wanted to say they are the sweetest and nicest guys, Thank you so much for always giving us the best service, keep up the good work ?

Best of the subways around. Had a top notch spinach, teriyaki chicken or rotisserie chop salad, on two different occasions. Both times the staff bent over backwards to please. Most Subways will throw the ingredients in a plastic container for you but few will chop it up anymore, which blends ingredients far better. All choices were full and fresh.

I ordered a 12 inch sub combo. Turkey and roast beef with extrameat. Someone picked it up for me in the bill was they charged me for 2 6" subs.I called them up and told them they screwed up my order. Scott the assistant manager says it happens all the time and do come back with my receipt and he'd make it write free of charge.She couldn't get back there for a few days & was told Scott didn't work there anymore but the area supervisor was there. He said he didn't care what Scott said and wouldn't do anything to make it right... There isn't a single place inAtl their charges $14 for a 12in sub.... Since I was already there I said just make it roast beef no extra. That was $11 and change. I'm estimating there might have been 3 oz of meat on the sub. This place is a ripoff and doesn't care about customers. Jimmy John's & Panera's are way better at less cost.

Would give 4 stars but they run out of things all the time. They say warehouse issues but the one across town doesn't run out of things very often. Good staff for the most part other than the older guy who is a manager and only gets in his workers way and or causes chaos when its busy. Likes to argue with customers alot I have noticed, and not just me, I have seen him in action and people from my work say the same things about him. A proper etiquette class is long over due for him. A sandwich is not that hard to get right when your telling him how to make it you would think. Stuck going here as there is not a whole lot to choose from in Canton that is halfway healthy and won't break the bank.

If you can't schedule someone to run the drive thru and someone to run restaurant you need to close the drive thru instead of leaving your customers waiting to order for 10 minutes and then watch them drive off unhappy. This has happened to me twice this week, but never again since I won't be back.

Haven't eaten my food as of yet but the customer service is horrible. Go home if you don't want to be at work. I'll spend my money else where next time!
