The meatballs were old and the sauce was burnt as well as the meatballs. They should have added some water to keep it from sticking or stirred them more. NEVER going back there

Aside from pricing being more than I think the food is worth, I come back to this Subway every time because Amber (I think that's her name) always remembers my order and takes care in making my sandwich. Her service makes the pricing worth it to me.

Vegetarian options: Some of the vegetables don't always look fresh but they do have a very wide range.

Kid-friendliness: Seating for kids, clean, easy food for parents to get their kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to move around in a wheelchair

Walked in at 10:00 am on 8/12/2024 and Cheryl the manager was cussing out the employee like she was a piece of garbage the manager needs to learn how to treat people and how to control her anger very disappointed in the display I saw today would give this place negative stars but no option for that

Ordered online and was not giving any notice until I got home that the bread I ordered was wrong. I ordered five sandwiches and none were right. I tried to call all evening and no one answered. I understand you might be busy but let someone know and tell them you were out of bread. Terrible service and food was all wrong.

0/10 would not recommend. i’m pregnant and placed an order. attempted to call 5 times with no answer to ask them to microwave my meat before toasting. was told they “didn’t need to plug in phones for customers” WONT BE BACK and will be a karen and asking for a manager tomorrow.

I have always had great sandwiches here. They stay pretty busy, but im always in and out in a timely manner. The bread is always baked perfect. They never seem to skimp on ingredients. This is a turkey, bacon, shredded jack cheese on Italian bread with onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, banana peppers, mayo, southwest chipolte, salt, pepper, oregano, oil and vinegar. I usually get an extra sauce on the side with no extra charge. Will continue to visit this location.

I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 15-20 minutes later. There were a few people in line, so I let the 2 ladies know I had an online order. After they made every single other person's order they started on mine, from now a half hour ago. When they were finished I asked why the online order was pushed way to the back of the line, defeating ordering online in the first place. The manager snapped and said someone called in and there is nothing she can do about it. Not a sorry for the inconvenience, just instantly triggered and lashing out in response to a perfectly legitimate question regarding the service. I said ok, thank you and turned to leave. BUT -as I am walking to the door she mumbles about "not being in the mood today". I stopped and reminded her that I was nothing but polite to her. This is the first review I have left in years but I was so shocked by the manager, who was a grown adult, acting like a petulant child.
