I went there because I had a 5.99 coupon that is valid until 9/15/2025 for certain sandwiches. The very nice gentleman showed me which sandwiches it counted for and I chose accordingly. I also purchased a happy Gilmore cup. I get to check out and they could not honor the coupon due to some corporate issue??? I am not the type to argue or be rude over a dollar, so I said that’s fine but was then told that a could not get a drink (even though I just bought the cup for it) what kind of business are you running?? The gentleman who made my sandwich even said it was fine and he’s given people Drinks before when they purchased the cup. But The lady behind the counter who refused to discount and honor my coupon would not allow it. In my opinion, since you at least could not honor the coupon. The least you could’ve done was allowed me to get a fountain drink after I paid for the cup that it goes in!!

Got 6 cookies, all they had was double chocolate, and raspberry. They were all stale. Like tasted like they were made a week ago Stale! It's a shame because I remember when Subway cookies were the best from all of the fast food spots. 😩

The lady who managed the place was clearly high on some sort on amphetamine. Very erratic behavior and slurred speech. She adamantly told me she was the manager 4x. She gave me two very small scoops and when I asked for more she started cursing under her breath. Spend the extra $2 and go to Publix

Food was good but we had to wait for the lady to take her order and it was very hot I like that but just I didn't understand why we had to wait on the front end
Highly disappointed. The double meat had less than a regular sub. The regular chicken salad had a good bit of chicken (chicken and mayo) not what I expected. They were out of tuna salad and provolone cheese. If I hadn’t ordered for pick up but went in to order I would have cancelled my order and went to Jimmy John’s, Firehouse Subs or any other place.

The meatballs were old and the sauce was burnt as well as the meatballs. They should have added some water to keep it from sticking or stirred them more. NEVER going back there

Aside from pricing being more than I think the food is worth, I come back to this Subway every time because Amber (I think that's her name) always remembers my order and takes care in making my sandwich. Her service makes the pricing worth it to me.
Vegetarian options: Some of the vegetables don't always look fresh but they do have a very wide range.
Kid-friendliness: Seating for kids, clean, easy food for parents to get their kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to move around in a wheelchair
