Thank you to the young lady Sadie that helped my husband and I. We got 3 footlongs and a salad. She did a good job and has great customer service skills.

After having negative experiences at Subways in both Georgia and Iowa, I quit eating there for several years. I was repeatedly waited on by young workers who were snotty, impatient, and annoyed that a customer's entry had interrupted their chitchat with a co-worker.
Recently I decided to try Subway again after several years, and went to the one off sixes road in Canton. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the employee who waited on me was friendly, accommodating, and patient.
I've returned twice since that time and though I've been waited on by different employees, my experience has been positive each time.
I think with franchise restaurants one's experience often comes down to the management, and it seems to me, based on the caliber of the workers, that this Subway is well managed.

The chicken ranch bacon sandwich was less than desirable. I order this sandwich regularly and the person making the sandwich tonight only put half of the amount of chicken that the sandwich usually comes with. My hubby ordered a meatballs sandwich and requested to have cheddar jack cheese and some banana peppers. His sandwich did not have any cheese and only 2 single banana peppers put on the sandwich. We are typically very satisfied with what we order at this location. I know the store was not busy when our order was mad so I’m not sure what the issue was tonight.

Got there at 10:10 pm and it was already closed, it is not the first time this happened. They prepare the sandwiches very poorly and this is the 3rd time I get there around 10:10 and 10:15 and it is already closed!

I really don't like blaming the help when it may be the owner's problems but the kid manning this store obviously didn't know what he was doing.
First he made the sandwich with NO gloves. Ugh.
Then we asked for a dipper, he opened a few random shelves which I noticed had absolutely nothing in them, then said they were out. This was 3PM and we were the only customers the whole time we were there.
Then he proceeded to take a call, while we waited to be rung up.
It was a young kid, but who trained him? I know help is hard to find, but gotta do better.

A fat, round-faced guy works there, with a bad attitude and they respond, he damages the image of Subway, he shouldn't be there. The rest of the staff is very friendly. I am sorry to leave this opinion but I think it is necessary for them to take action on this matter.

I have NOT visited this Store in over a month, BUT as soon as I walked in JACOB mentioned a KEY INGREDIENT that I like on my "Sammich" , because HE ACTUALLY REMEMBERED MY ORDER (for the most part) , and in my opinion
THAT IS AS IMPRESSIVE AS
(IF NOT MORE THAN)
REMEMBERING MY NAME!
Each of them have a GREAT ATTITUDE/PERSONALITY, and they were even engaging in
playful conversation with me
(I really appreciate people who can find a reason to laugh at even the simplest things AND/OR my dumb jokes) , and that type of atmosphere is somewhat DIFFICULT to find these days in the Service Industry.

I have ZERO DOUBT that MANY OTHER individuals will ALSO BE EXTREMELY BLESSED by their UPLIFTING and POSITIVE ATTITUDES today and in the near future.

Very kind staff work here. Congrats to the fellow who graduated trade school recently.
First time I purchased from this location, ordered by DoorDash. Both of our sandwiches were wrong, I couldn’t eat mine, and they gave us the wrong chips. Called the store to see what we could do about it, and no one could be bothered to answer the phone. Won’t try them again.
My 3rd time going here. First time was great 2nd time they made my food wrong I excused it now the 3rd time I get my food get home both sandwiches are burned disappointed and really wanted to eat subway.

Never enough staff. Multiple Wrong orders. This subway is going to shut down soon if the owners don't recognize their employees need at least 2 people working. Ridiculous how slow. Purposely trying to get customers to not return. They hate their jobs...need new management.

I ordered two meatball subs through the app and when I went for pick up they told me they couldn’t made them because they don’t have meatballs. I asked immediately for a refund and staff told me they couldn’t do it and that I needed to do it myself through the app. Wrong. I tried the whole weekend and finally I decided to show up, but staff again just can’t help, they told me I need to speak with a manager. I don’t understand why they can’t cancel my order and refund me if they are not serving/delivering it to me. Pretty bad experience.
