The cookies are always burnt and the bread is always old.They fired or replaced all the old employees who were good.Now it's just kids or different people every day.Will not go back.

building is outdated, and the food used to be great lowkey. last time i went was around august of 2023 and i hadn’t been back until recently only to discover that the employees who always made my sandwiches were gone. they always did it perfectly, a girl with curly red hair and a taller one with long brown hair. unsure of where they went, but i heard the red haired one was fired. no idea why they would fire such an amazing employee bro. Gibby is really cool tho, might be my new favorite sandwich artist

They charged me 25 bucks.... like how... I ordered a 6 inch sub with 3 cookies and a medium drink.... how did yall charge me 25 dabloons for that. I'm so offended....unexceptable... the short kid that took my order with the black and curly hair charged me 25 BUCKAROONIES!!! IM MAKING SURE YOU ALL GET SHUT DOWN IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO. And the meatballs weren't even balls, the were cubes. And the sauce was basically just water. Unbeelevable. I'm still coming back though because I'm bored a lot.

This subway is ran horrible, both managers have terrible customer service. The woman during the day with face piercings and the man in the evening with glasses treats the customers poorly.

the guy named Rich, was very rude to us when my husband and i came in. Rude remarks about other employees he's made, extremely rude to my husband. I even asked about his day and got a bad response back. I get people get bad days, but that doesn't mean you gotta have a bad attitude to your customers.

Reading the reviews now it makes a little more sense. I’m sympathetic as I worked in food for over 10 years but closing 30 mins early is something I would never do. Change your hours - don’t close early period.

They need to hire and train better help!!! I ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches, online and the app told me my food was ready when I got to the store location there was one customer in the store. I was told that they would start working on my food soon. I waled next-door to Kroger and shopped for 15 minutes and came back and it still wasn’t ready. What is going on? This is evidence of super weak management.

This location is consistently understaffed… typically one person running the whole store. Wait times for a sub, on more than one occasion for myself, can approach 45 minutes to an hour.

Same experience as always. Sandwiches not made properly for online orders, staff/management/ownership obviously doesn’t care. This location is less than a mile from me, and I’ll still go to Free Home or Hickory Flat from now on, and I’d recommend anyone else do the same.

Ordered online but I did not receive all of our meal. On top of that one of the sandwiches had a hair in it. We called the store to let them know we didn’t receive our full order and there was a hair in a sandwich. Their response was they would have noticed a hair in the sandwich if one was there and for the rest of the order we could go to the store to pick it up. They couldn’t offer a refund and didn’t offer to make a new sandwich. We ordered online for a reason and can make it to the store. They wanted to blame grubhub but none of the sandwiches had been opened previous to myself opening them. Wish customer service was a little better.

As a small business owner myself, I know reviews are important.I placed an order online hours in advance only to get an email on my way to pick up that it was cancelled.I called the restaurant and was informed they were having a “company meeting.”Those things happen, but they should have prevented me from placing an order.I will add that normally service here is fine..but this poor execution and customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Place is always a mess. I manage a business right next door to this location and had to kick out one of their employees and his girlfriend last week for shoplifting. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they get new ownership and staff.
