I submitted web contact form entries and called the listed phone number at least 12 times at different times of the day and week - no response and no answer with a 'full voice mail' message. Seems odd for a business that relies on answering communications to book new business. I can only assume that this event space and associated Prestige Catering (same phone number) is no longer in business. Maybe I'm wrong and others will have more luck getting in contact with them.

Was here for an annual organization luncheon. It was clean. The location was great with plenty of parking. The staff was very attentive and the food was fantastic!

As a longtime regular and I speak for the other regulars that frequent this neighborhood spot, I was very disappointed last night. After watching the food quality decline over the past couple months, the liquor selection dwindle down because of poor planning, warm beer, and even the beer draft system go down, I approached management about the issue letting him know the concern and discontent of regulars. Our concern is that we enjoy coming to the business, however at this point it's for the friends and people there and definitely NOT the food anymore. And instead of simply asking what the issues were (customer service), I was told "it's America go somewhere else then".... I explained that a simple glance across the bar showed a lot (literally one person at the bar had food / and they had cold nachos mind you) and I was told again, "it's America, you have a choice to go somewhere else"... I just thought it should be known the attitude that is had there and if they'd treat a regular like that how would they treat a new customer?... Even a lady and her husband that were sitting close by and that overheard the conversation made it a point to say hey there is definitely a problem with management here. We never get welcomed or thanked for coming in and when there's a problem with food, no one ever comes out to remedy or apologize for the issue. I'm definitely rethinking my options, especially since RCB is right across the parking lot and they apparently want our business and value regulars and the last thing I would hear there is "find somewhere else"... A quick scan of other reviews shows we are not the only one who feel this way. And he was right... we do have options RCB is right across the parking lot and the beer is actually cheaper and the food better...

Seems the bar went from a cheers atmosphere to a taco max atmosphere. Be careful the home town bar does better then the corporate. Bar does. Your regulars will always support YOU. ?

We held our son’s rehearsal at Suite Six. We were very pleased with the venue. The shrimp wonton shooters, prime rib, and Louisiana penne pasta with chicken were fantastic. The serving staff was wonderful too. We had a beautiful night.

My wife coordinated her High School’s (Etowah High) class of 2001 20 year reunion with this venue, and it turned our fantastic! The staff were super friendly and made it a point to let us know they were there to serve us so we could relax and enjoy our evening. We highly recommend this venue for your next banquet or celebration!

This is a great venue! We had my 37th birthday party here and everyone had a blast! We were able to hire a band to come play and the staff was incredible and accommodating. All of our guests were taken care of and the food/drinks were great as well. Now we're just trying to figure out what to plan there next!
My first experience with Sidelines was disappointing. I placed an UberEats order for a Prime Rib Philly and fries. The fries were soggy but that can be expected because I live 30 minutes away. The sandwich was a letdown though. As shown in my photo, my sandwich was a lot more bread than toppings. I had to tear off the extra bread and throw it away. Beyond that, the taste was very average. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Believe me if I could, I would give this restaurant no stars or negative stars. My husband and I ate there earlier this evening (12/13/2019) and not only was it the ABSOLUTE worst dining experience we have had in a long time, we will NOT be back. When we arrived, we were told that our wait would be around 20 minutes. That was fine with us as it was a Friday night. We did however get seated earlier which most people, including us, would think that it was our lucky night. Wrong. We were seated in the back of the restaurant where a rather large (what ultimately ended up being 60 - 70 people) were clearly having some kind of holiday party. My husband & I and one other table of 3 - 4 people were the only ones back there who were clearly not part of the party. The party decided that it was their own private venue as my husband & I were both blessed with peoples’ body parts in our faces. Now this restaurant offers a venue upstairs that can be rented out for larger parties that can be catered. MISERABLE dining experience. Our service was quite good even though our server was impeded by the very large crowd that took over the area. My order was not exactly what I ordered (that was the second time in a row), but it was close enough that I didn’t complain. My two major problems with our visit tonight: Not having the courtesy extended to us by letting us know that we were going to be seated amidst a very large party. Believe me, had we known, we would have been happy to have waited for another table. But the WORST of the two is that I politely asked to speak to the manager twice and was ignored BOTH times by the manager. Now I don’t know if he thought that we were looking for a free meal, but I asked both times after we paid for our meal. I need to add that in spite of the obstacles, our server was very good this evening. My husband and I will NOT be back to this restaurant (and when we say that, we truly mean it) nor will I EVER recommend it to anyone.

Ordered. 4 people. Not busy around 745....as wait staff placed plate on table she spilled bbq all over a nice blue shirt and a pair of nice shorts....bbq does not seem to come out....hey stuff happens....but by the time I try to clean and end up changing....I was traveling so suitcase in suv....food cold ...at no time did a mgr even come over....I heard my first sorry as we were leaving....I did not even finnish my cold meal ....and of course full price.. nothing... sad wont be back ever and we come here once a month ...ruined clothes kinda sucks
