Had a wonderful Bridgerton Tea Party Bridal Shower for my niece recently and it was amazing! They did a fabulous job and my niece LOVED it! Everyone that attended raved about how wonderful it all was, from the food, to the atmosphere and service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience... Would definitely do it again and recommend them to all! .....We will also go back to just enjoy afternoon tea! Wonderful experience

We had a baby shower for our son and daughter in-law and they did such a wonderful job. It was a warming feeling when I turned the corner and the room was beautiful where we had it. Being from out of town and planing something sight unseen sometimes can be scary but Cheryl and her team did such a wonderful time. Lynn was our hostess and she did such a wonderful job. If you need a place to plan a party or shower definitely use Sweety’s. You will not be disappointed I promise you that!! Thank you Sweetys team for a wonderful and memorable day. Really enjoyed the High Tea experience. Food on the three-tier plate was really good. Had Creme Brulee tea. Yum!! The price of $30 per person seemed reasonable. Service was personable and prompt. Lovely location in the old blue jean factory (now called, The Mill) in Canton. The location is fantastic! Left Tea and went antique shopping a few doors down. There is no doubt that I'll be returning.

I've had multiple sandwich box options from here now and they've all been so neatly arranged every time and most importantly.. incredibly FLAVORFUL.
I haven't experienced the tea room, but just walking through the hallways of The Mill and seeing how much attention to detail there is for the room set ups, you can just tell it's worth the experience.

I am struggling to gather the words to describe my shocking interaction with the owner today during my first ever visit here for tea. It was our grandmother’s birthday and 9 of us girls came to celebrate. The tea room and ambiance were incredible! We enjoyed some of the tastiest tea I have ever sipped. The laughter and enjoyment were top notch. However, with the $40 price per person we were a tad disappointed to find all of the bread and croissants to be stale. Stale to the point of each guest leaving them on our plates and unable to eat them. This didn’t set us off or ruin our fun until after we paid the bill in full and mentioned to the sever that we didn’t love the stale bread. She ran our card, we tipped and signed the receipt. A tad surprised that we were not met with any apologies or any offer from her or the owner. Just that our server has mentioned it to the owner and she didn’t care. Surprised by this approach we all discussed the lack of care for customer satisfaction with the server (who was a doll for our entire visit). As we were getting up from the table the owner busted out of the back and addressed the table with a very harsh tone and said “I hear you had a unsatisfactory experience” no apologies, no questions or concerns, just a harsh tone and very evident attitude. I immediately spoke up and told her we loved the tea and really enjoyed our time! We simply were surprised that our total was $380 and the bread was so stale that we all put it to the side of our plates (I pointed out the bread left all around the table). She immediately began to raise her voice and get ugly. Told me I just wanted something for free and let me remind you that we paid in full and did not ask for a single discount. She continued to tell me there was absolutely nothing she could do and got so upset and loud. I demanded she back away from me and my CHILDREN and let us leave. It was very heated and I was SO embarrassed. I have never been yelled at my an owner of an establishment after a very valid complaint. This was absolutely unacceptable and I am discussed by her behavior in front of 3 very young children. I rarely leave reviews but as a business owner myself, this needs to be addressed. PS- to the owner: It was so evident that you had a terrible day and I want you to know that I forgive you and hope that everything is ok in your life. We all have had bad days and react out of emotion. I genuinely hope you are having a better night and am praying for you ❤️

I absolutely cannot believe the experience I just had at sweety’s I spent $380 taking my mother to tea and the owner was so rude to us. The croissants were stale, The food was mediocre. The tea was good but food horrible …but she literally got in our face when we told her about the stale croissants and said what do you want this for free? I cannot believe this just happened to us. I am appalled. I will never be going back there again and for what I just paid, it was a horrible experience and I felt terrible because this is my mother’s birthday. I happen to own my own company too and anytime a client has an issue, I always try to help them out. This was horrible horrible customer service and a very rude owner. I am just stunned.

My daughter took me and my granddaughter for a Sunday afternoon tea. Upon arrival to the tea room it was absolutely lovely to see such simple and beautiful decor. Lynn greeted us and we were delighted to meet her. She was a wonderful hostess. Attentive, friendly and professional. We had the Cheeky Peach tea and the three tier tray of assorted treats. Everything was delicious. My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I encourage you to visit and have a wonderful tea time experience.

Your taste buds will never experience this much excitement and flavor. About two weeks ago Sweety's presented a new flavor. I believe it was called Mint Chocolate Oreo. (They are always coming up with new flavors like their PB+J. Recommendation I believe crushed peanuts would put it over the top! My brain didn't know how to process a cold PB+J) Now look when I went their none of the flavors for the day interested me. The young lady who took my order said try the Mint Chocolate Oreo. I wasn't to thrilled because I didn't think it would be what I was looking for. So I decided let me get a sandwich as well so at least if I didn't like it I wouldn't be hungry. (They do offer samples for their unique flavors of ice cream but I didn't get one.) If you are still reading let me tell you. The mint and cookie took me back to being an 11 year old kid running around playing on a hot summer's day and after I finished it all I could keep thinking was I want more. Cheryl to my surprise gave all the credit for the flavor to one of her staff members I can tell she has pride in the work her and her team creates and you can taste the love and effort. If you ever are at the Mill please stop by Sweety's and grab a scoop or two. I'm sure glad I did. They didn't have the Mint Chocolate Chip when I went back yesterday but I will certainly be at Sweety's Wednesday! See you soon.
