Please taco bell owner hire managers that can actually problem solve. I am a dasher i spent 36 minutes in your drive thru because u won't allow us to come in and get the orders for your customers. While waiting in line i accepted another order for 3 tacos. When i got to window she said u will have to wait we do 1 ticket at a time . What? Really please get people that know how to manage she is an embarrassment to your institution. She wanted me to go back in line and wait. Unacceptable. Dashers stay away and regular customers make sure u give yourself 30 minutes to get fast food.
This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell that I have ever visited. The customer service is despicable and somewhat concerning. It’s literally like watching a circus implode. In fact, I don’t even see how this place is still open. Where’s the Franchise oversight?
Alot better since new management
Biscuits were burned and really hard. Macaroni was burned and dry. The chicken was supposed to be mixed with white meat but I only had legs and they were dry. I spent $40 got home with food we couldn't eat.

I’ve only been to this location twice and each time they’ve messed up my order and something was missing. A waste of time and money for this location. Sad cause I live right around the corner and it’d be so convenient to come here instead of Marietta Hwy. I’d much rather go to Marietta Hwy and get the correct order and amazing customer service instead.
100% positive I got food poisoning from this location tonight. I should have known better. Ridiculous.
Check your order before you leave the window. They obviously get high in the walk-in here.
We originally wanted chicken from the KFC side, but they were out so we settled for the taco bell part. It is awful spent 34 and some change for tacos that aren't even properly made what so ever this is the worst taco bell I've been through ever. I took pics of 6 different tacos and my kids were so upset that one only ate 1 he is a teen and eats usually 6 or 8, my other son ate two soft and one hard but when you get all shell and no ingredients you'd stop eating as well. My daughter scrapped out what little toppings there were in 4 tacos just to put them in one and it made one correct taco. My youngest ate one and was done. We will not return to that place for tacos again.
We ordered 2 taco party packs(24 tacos). Upon getting home and start unpacking the tacos to start eating we noticed the taco had minimal meat and toppings, more shell than anything. We will not be going back. $34 wasted and they won't answer there phone. Plus the girl running the ordering box started taking our order 3 times then asked us to hold on sh was helping the manager. I'm not happy with this taco bell at all! Not to mention they were out of chicken which is what we originally wanted.

If I could give no stars I would! I have tried to come twice in the last week. Last week they didn’t have enough chicken at 7pm to fill an 8 piece original recipe order. My daughter ordered the Cinnabon delights and they were cold on the inside!Then last night we tried to go back. They again did not have enough chicken for an 8 piece order, the only sides they had was mashed potatoes and cole slaw and they had no biscuits they said until the truck came today!! I have never been somewhere with service consistently terrible!! You need new management ASAP!
I come here several days a week for lunch and rarely have any issues. Never had to wait more than five minutes, only got my order wrong once and were quick to correct it. Clean location with friendly staff.
Got the complete wrong order. Every single item was messed up. 35$ worth. Called them and while on the ohone was interrupted multiple times with the lady telling me what i want instead of listening to me. When i got back to the location they attempted to recreate the order from memory and still got it wrong. And when i was checking the bag at the window with no cars behind me a male employee came to the window trying to get me to leave. Absolute train wreck of a location but we did get free food
No idea what they’re doing in here but it isn’t work. Waited 15 mins with 1 car in front of me for 2 burritos. Rice in 1 wasn’t cooked at all, completely raw and hard. 2nd burrito was made with wrong meat. Simple order, guy couldn’t even repeat it back to me or tell me my total amount before I pulled around. Incompetence at its best :) Management please get some new capable employees!
This place has the worst service I've seen in a while. They are very slow and don't seem to care that you wait 20 min or more for your food.
