I have been in here four times now. Be the only person in line and standing here for 15 minutes and never get to order food. I just went in again. Only stood there 5 minutes after the girl was standing at the register. When I walked up and she told me to hold on she went to the drive-thru window. Did a couple orders came back to me and ever asked me for my order. Never asked to help me all said well if you want to pay with card you need to go to the kiosk. And I was willing to pay cash or why she couldn't have told me that before standing there? Don't ever waste your time on this worthless place. This has always been the worst place in the area and it shows it has declined 80% since opened. Do yourself a favor and never go here

I often visit with Taco Bell in Holly springs.. and I want to give kudos to Ms. Dee who works the front counter and Register taking orders. She is always upbeat and always does a GREAT JOB! My Cantina chicken bowl is always prepared perfectly with extra chicken.

This location may be one to avoid. The last few times I've ordered from there, I've had missing items, wrong items, and good that was inedible. Tonight my order was missing a taco and the cheesy gordita crunch was a soggy mess that was actually cold to the touch. It went straight into the trash. Absolutely pathetic. Waste of money and I didn't even get what I paid for. Avoid this place like the plague.

Food tasted manufactured. No origimal taste anymore. Always another brands taste. Seems Taco Bell is going after the teens and college students with crappie food items. What ever happened to tasty fast food taco with taste. This location was not busy. I was only one in empty restaurant. The two Latinos were fast and top notce with service.

Restaurant is clean. Most (not all) employees here are very rude & the meat ALWAYS has a metallic taste to it! Only this location!! The other local taco bell meat taste like taco meat I suggest visiting E Cherokee & 20 location Hickory Flat location is not any good

Looks like they've decided not to have customers eat inside.. This is the 3rd time in 2weeks soda machine empty.. they've taken away almost half the seating and counter with napkins etc..

No point in having it open after hours if you close an hour and a half early. I get it, it’s late, but you work there for money and the job your doing.
I have gone to this Taco Bell location several times and never had any issues. However, the past 2 take out orders of chicken bowls were disappointing. I noticed they are skimping on the chicken and the black beans. I will not be going here anymore, and I will find another Taco Bell or some place similar.
