Ordered on the app, accidentally chose the wrong location. Looking at these reviews scared me honestly. I can safely say I was left shocked.

The food was delicious, we were like 15 min late for the pick up and I think they remade everyhing fresh. The food truly was cooked good and was decent. Was worth the wait for hot food!

Definitely deserve a higher rating.

Placed order on a kiosk so there is literally no way to mess up my order and they still somehow messed up the order, while I waited to receive the food I paid for the team of teenagers and grumpy staff jammed to Fetty Wap. I know I’m not the only one who has dealt with this locations bullshit and I feel they should just shut it down!! It sucks!!

3 crunchy tacos, all were beaten to a pulp and had 1 singular spoonful of meat between all three, and one had only half a shell. The smell of weed was coming out of the order window. Completely disgraceful.

Went through the drive through today and the Crunchwrap we got had basically no meat, also the 6 layer burrito had almost no meat. Thrown together very sloppily.

I used to frequent this store for breakfast but after the last several screw ups to my orders I decided enough was enough. Let me start by saying this particular store almost consistently makes mistakes on orders. Simple mistakes that make no real sense as to why they happen. i ordered 2 breakfast steak AM crunch-wraps a few weeks ago and they forgot the meat on one and the sauce on both. Literally just a egg filled tortilla with a hash brown. I am pretty sure at this point that they just do not even bother training their employees. It is utterly ridiculous and completely unsurprising they cannot keep any long term employees. Corporate should really look into retraining the management to do their actual job instead of just hiring an ever rotating mass of employees that neither care nor understand any sort of policy or procedure.

If you want nearly no meat on your Crunchwrap supreme go here. And this is a reoccurring issue not a one off.

Even better when you take it back and they try to tell you that it has the same amount of meat as a taco when I am clearly looking at maybe a half tablespoon of meat on the whole thing.
