Ordered 2 things-chicken quesadillas with no sauce and cinnamon twists. Took forever in the line then got home and found sauce! Drive back and the line was 5 cars deep and not moving. Waste of $8

Don’t waste your money here. Not usually the type to leave reviews like this, but don’t waste your money here. I came through the drive thru around 10:15pm to order the chalupa meal, and when I parked it turned out my chalupas were rock solid. I understand that mistakes happen, so I swung back through the drive through and asked if it was possible to get some fresh chalupas made, and was told that was no problem. Only when I came to the window they made me pay for the replacement chalupas, and then when I pulled away they wound up being rock solid a g a i n. I managed at taco bell a few years back and I can tell the difference between a freshly (or even sort of recently?) prepared item versus when they have sat out for hours. I understand that fast food service can be a taxing job, but I don’t understand why the cashier couldn’t have just told me they couldn’t or wouldn’t make fresh chalupas, instead of taking advantage of me. I know that Taco Bell may not be considered the pinnacle of excellence, but I did not expect to just blatantly get ripped off. Fool me twice…

This location absolutely sucks. I live in the community and have tried several times to give this Taco Bell grace. I am so sick of spending 30$ for a “fun” dinner night giving us a break.far too many times the food is uneditable. Tonight once again, five hour old potatoes, hard as a rock crunch wrap and a taco pizza soggy no melted cheese and cold. Please stop hiring lazy incompetent teenagers. This place is disgusting and the 89 health score shows it. Get off my lawn!!!

Update: This location still doesn't offer coffee. I tried picking up my online breakfast order and they told me they can't complete the order because they RAN OUT OF EGGS but didn't bother updating the item availability in the app to prevent people from ordering those items. I also can't cancel the order because they processed it on their end. Currently waiting on customer service to refund my order.
Original review: Very excited there's a Taco Bell in the area that offers breakfast again but I'm very disappointed the app doesn't list coffee as a drink option.

This Taco bell needs better service and food quality. Again, I've received the wrong order and missing items for my family. What we received was thrown together and falling apart. The service through the drive thru was subpar.
