Ordered food after spending the entire day at the hospital. Got back with my order to find the fries missing. Emily was great when I called in, but the manager who came to comp the fries didn’t acknowledge my presence, the fact the order was wrong or that I drove back to get the 5 dollars worth of fries they forgot.I understand mistakes but don’t treat me like I’m out here wasting 20 minutes of my time to get free fries.Now I’m back at the hospital with gold food and a bad taste in my mouth.

This taco mac does not treat everyone the same. I was told twice that they do not take call in orders at certain times when they are busy. So in other words those who cannot come in at sit at the establishment are denied service. I will never do business with Taco Mac in Canton, Ga. again since they are too busy to treat everyone fairly.

A member of our group asked for a special order for dietary reasons. The food came out wrong, TWICE. Our server, Bailey, was very kind about it, but the manager, Chad, was incredibly rude. The server apologized for the error, but Chad all but called the table liars even when we showed the error. Chad never apologized for the error and treated our entire party of six horribly. While, the meal was comped, it was embarrassing to be told we were wrong about the error the restaurant made. I do not recommend this location if you have any dietary restrictions. Again, Bailey was amazing, but Chad could use some additional training as a manager.Dietary restrictions: Don’t eat here if you have dietary restrictions.

I ordered a large group order for my office and the convenience, quickness, and services of ordering online and getting food was AWESOME! Everything came perfect, on time and Everything was delivered. Definitely gonna order more for office lunches
Never have I ever taken the time to review a restaurant like Taco Mac, the fried pickles I had tonight were the best I’ve ever had in my life. I’m eating them cold right now and they still have the perfect flavor and panko-y crust, it’s delicious. Not only the food was good but our server Katie was as well. Best service and food I’ve had in a while and that’s saying a lot.

Worst experience at a taco Mac ever. The garlic parmesan sauce ran off the wings, and left them with absolutely no flavor, the fried pickles were way over cooked and greesy. The chips and queso was the highlight of the meal. Our server was great and made sure we didn't have to pay for the pickles. It was hands down the food that spoiled this experience.
