Freshest doughnuts I've ever had! They are so fresh the next day! The raspberry jelly doughnut with powdered sugar literally melts in your mouth!!!

The store is kid friendly, the donuts are creative and delicious but the young lady at the counter is not very friendly at all.

I cannot rate any of these because I didn't get to go in. I checked online for the hours, and it said they were open until 7:00 p.m. I drove all the way there only to get there, and they were closed. The sign on the door also said they were open until 7:00 p.m. I don't know if they're closing their business down or what because there was people in there working but no donuts in any of the display cases, and the door was locked.

This is my second time giving this donut shop a try. The first time I went in there, all the donuts and bakery items were dyed green, and they had no non-green options for customers who may not like green donuts and pastries.

It's just not a substitute for Ray's in any way at all. I'd rather drive farther to Ray's than be disappointed in a donut run one more time.

The girl at the front speaks inappropriately to customers. It was a super big inconvenience for her to put a topping on just 1 doughnut. I like giggle monster doughnuts but management really needs to talk to the young lady about her demeanor towards customers. You never know the reason someone is stopping in later in the day but customers should always be met with kindness. I’d never approach my customers like that for any reason.

We went in ten minutes before closing time to get a donut. All we wanted was a single premade donut to be squished into two ingredients. The extremely rude worker scowled at us and told us that we need to come in “much earlier” in the future. It took literally one minute for her to grab the donut and put the powder on top. I have rarely encountered such blatantly rude and unfriendly staff before.

Everything was filthy, no coffee, water, napkins and bathroom filthy and no paper towels in bathroom.

Service was non existent and no one wore hair net or beard nets in kitchen.

It's an odd name, but I get it now. When you walk in you feel like a kid again, and you giggle at yourself because you can't decide on 1 donut. Because of course, as an adult you should only have ONE, right? So I got 2 and my husband and I sampled each. Pumpkin cream cheese and nutterbutter. 😋 But there's lots of yummy looking treats. It's a small shop with community tables outside of it.

We live way N of Canton and my husband and son drove to the Canton location in the Mill to find it closed, even though Google says open, so he drove to this location. Extra 15 minutes away. He ordered a lemon filled donut for me only to come home to a dry burnt tasting donut with no lemon. It was small for a donut and they looked poorly made. Very disappointed. We won't be coming back.
