Our fries were coated with sugar instead of salt. Explained to our waiter and he said it’s just the seasoning. The fish sandwich has two small tots. Never again.

The fries were sprinkled with sugar which spilled into my clams and oysters. The bartender said they use a rub that has sugar, but the taste was all sugar. This was our second time. Not sure if there will be a third. Aside from that, Conner provided excellent service. The two stars is for the candied sugar food!

Have been to this place many times and have always walked away pleased with my experience but today, not so much! Not sure what has happened but the food has changed. I used to brag about the size of the fish and what you get for your money. I ordered grouper and scallops and when it came to the table, the grouper looked like a flat piece of tilapia from the grocery store and the scallops looked like popcorn shrimp- I was stunned! I’m so sad about this because The Salty Mule was my go to seafood restaurant in Canton. This meal was not worth the money. I’m not sure if there’s an issue with their supplier for the seafood but it’s not at all up to par. I probably will not be back as it’s not worth the money any longer!☹️

Everything about our experience was great! Food was delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was laid back and fun, including live music.
Party of 4. 2 of us had lobster roles and 1 had fried platter and 1 had fish and chips. Everything was good except fish and chips a little too greasy.
