If I could give this place half a star or none at all and just leave a review i would!!! This place is disgusting!!! Ordered a smoothie asked for it to be thicker and instead of putting protein or something in it they add extre ingredients!!! No one wants to drink straight chocolate and if they do they are probably shooting for diabetes anyway!! Call me a Karen but thus place needs new employees and better food if they intend to stay open id rather drive to Woodstock for the smoothie king than give this place anymore money!!! 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Every time I visit, the service is fast and friendly, and the store is always clean and inviting. The Mocha Madness smoothie is my go to — it’s my absolute favorite! Delicious location! Always super fast, staff is friendly... most smoothies are well mixed, had an occasional that needed more churn time but in general am happy with this location! I just wish there was one off east cherokee and hwy 20, if be there daily then!

I love tropical smoothie! Unfortunately management at the on Woodstock is terrible and it rubs off on the employees. Manager Amanda has no customer service skills. If the owner of this franchise sees this review they should rethink who is running their store. I will be going to the tropical smoothie on cumming hwy where you have a pleasant experience when you go to spend your money.

I am leaving this review to note all Tropical smoothies are not the same. I was traveling north and got off the exit specially to get a smoothie due to my diet. I get the Avocalada all the time in the city. It’s always smooth, because it has avocados and sweet with pineapples. I order with a girl and she made it, asked for a remake because it was watery and it came out the same. I get min four smoothies from tropical smoothie a week and it was definitely a difference. What made this experiment worst is they didn’t care, didn’t ask was it better or even apologized for it being an inconvenience. I wasn’t rude, just left and charged it to the game. Tropical smoothies needs to ensure each franchise and duplicate service and taste.

Curious if new owners took over recently? Gentleman taking orders and making smoothies was very short, not personable. Wanted to ask a question, he either did not hear me or ignored me. Ordered a wrap I order all the time at multiple locations and it was half the size it normally is. I question the girl who made and she says it’s made on the smaller wrap. I don’t know if that is true or if it was made that way in error. I never received this particular wrap looking like that before. Another girl tries to chime in to convince me it has to do with the way they wrapped it, like I am an idiot. Clearly after the other girl said it was made with a smaller wrap. Another employee loudly talking and complaining about employees leaving dishes from the night before. I dont think I am a fan and I don’t think I’ll come back to this location.

i go in there a lot the guy asked you’re usual? yes i said with whey. We are out and we have pea protein want to try it? I never drink mine to i get down the road it started making me feel sick. I asked him if it was the same yes he said. when i couldn’t drink any more after a few sips. I called him he said he would make me another one with collagen. Since they were out of whey. The girls the next day said no once you leave the parking lot that’s it. I have never had a problem with what i have ordered there. But when you bring the drink back the next day and show them you couldn’t drink it tasted so bad! They said he couldn’t replace the drink the next day. I will never be back in there again. It made me sick!

Yuk smoothie. Missed the dairy. Miss the pecan chicken salad sandwich to die for. All wraps now.
This was my first time at tropical smoothie Café in Canton Georgia. I got a chocolate protein shake and a chicken and egg wrap. It was all delicious and I would have loved another chicken wrap. Parking can be somewhat difficult depending upon the time you come. The store was clean and the employees were friendly.
