Being going to this restaurant for years, the fresh bread and fresh butter was always wonderful, they do not serve it anymore, tried to sell me garlic knots for $5, it is not a Italian restaurant, why I would want garlic knots? Now the worse, the food portions have been cut in half, I got half of a piece of salmon, one spoon of risoto and dry and hard broccolini could barely chew it. Ended my meal hungry... the wine glass also cut in half, 2 sips, the bill did not shrink... still same price. The menu has not changed in 5 years at least, totally went downhill hill.

we have been coming here for Happy Hour $5 martinis for a few years. Unfortunately a new chef is revamping the menu 😕 the complimentary sour dough bread with honey butter is gone with garlic knots and marinara sauce replacing, for a charge. The house salad is much smaller, as it seems all portions have shrunk but price remains the same. The martinis are good or not depending on the bartender.

We asked for the private dining area and were happily seated there. There were six in our party ,including two young children. So we dined early at 5 PM. Unfortunately, our server forgot to enter one of the meals. So everyone enjoyed their dinner, while I waited for my food. My food came out when everyone else was finished. The server did apologize. I suggested next time she bring something that is quickly ready in the meantime, such as soup or salad. And then we ordered three desserts, but apparently she only heard two because we only got two of three. The hanger steak my son had was delicious. My husband thought the pork chop was OK, my hamburger was delicious but I ate it the next day because it came out so late we got it to go.

Sat at the bar ! Great service and great tasting old fashion. New garlic knot rolls were excellent and not very heavy. The beet salad and fried shrimp were also very tasty

Ya’ll! Run don’t walk to the Union Grill! So happy we found this place to spend our evening. Food was amazing! Service was impeccable. We live an hour away but we will be back ASAP! Do yourself a favor and eat here soon!

We used to love the food, haven't been in over the last year, the menu was still the same. They offered us garlic knots as an appetizer, food felt more like bar food.

An awesome evening celebrating a birthday. We had a party of 6 and the service and food were outstanding in a perfect atmosphere!

We had a great experience at Union Hill Grill. Staff were friendly. It was a bit busy so we did have some wait time with staff but overall they were very attentive. We went on a Wednesday when they have 1/2 price appetizers. This is a great way to try several options on the menu.

Mediocre food. Very disappointed compared to my last experience. Three people had the same opinion. We are unlikely to return.

Loudest resturant in southeast united states!!!!! Tables so close together! Food was great but left with a headache from the noise! If you want great food and ringing ears causing hearing issues, this is the place to go, no way we will return!

Love the half price appetizers on Wednesday. Bang Bang Shrimp and Pretzel are our favorites.

My wife and I are idiots. It only us 13 years to finally come to a restaurant that's maybe 10 minutes from our house. A place I've driven or ridden by God only knows how many times.

We're idiots because who knows how many times we've driven to places, much further away, where the food wasn't nearly as good, the service was subpar, and the space and environment was fabricated and canned.

The Union Hill Grill is everything a true neighborhood restaurant should be, and I say neighborhood because it truly is - to get anything near to this, you have to go to Canton, Alpharetta, or Woodstock. But here, nestled in an unassuming little strip mall, on equally unassuming Sugar Pike Rd., sits a restaurant that has everything you'd expect in a place that has 5-star ratings galore, and has thrived in what would seem to be a difficult place to make it as a restaurant - it has great service, an authentic, genuine, cozy atmosphere, and food that is absolutely unbelievable.

We split the Nicoise salad (almost a meal by itself), had the Shrimp & Grits, the braised short rib, and creme brulee for dessert. Every. Single. Thing was amazing. The service - amazing. The food - amazing. The atmosphere - amazing. And yes, even the prices were very competitive compared to a dinner of equal caliber. Actually, you could go 20 minutes in any direction from The Union Hill Grill, spend far more, and get far less.

Really glad we finally found our neighborhood restaurant - and guaranteed, it won't take us 13 years to get back for our second visit!
