We had relatives in from Oklahoma and wanted to share a special evening with them. My husband and I decided on Union Hill. The food was terrific as has always been the case when we were there. The hostess seated us in the bar. Union Hill has four table tops in the bar area. I regret not speaking up and requesting a table in another section. When we were seated, the restaurant was fairly empty but within 30 minutes the bar was full, tv was on showing football and the four tables...
Union Hill Grill is a great place to unwind at the end of the week with a good drink, good food and friendly service. Nothing pretentious, just a really comfortable place that's staffed with folks who really seem to care.
Hubby & I went in around 9 pm last night, & UHG closes at 9:30 pm.
Two lovely bartenders greeted us SO warmly. You would never have known that they were getting ready to close. They made a few jokes with us, smiled, & made us feel at home.
This is my third time at UHG, & I have been very happy each visit! Such a great place in town!
