Terrible attitude from the server this particular person is always sour and for sure doesn't enjoy being at work at a job that involves customer service. I'll be looking for a new location

Stopped here for an early lunch on October 10th, around 10:30 AM. I was seated immediately and had a beverage in less than 1 minute. Order was taken in less than 2 minutes. Restaurant was full. Food was served in a very timely manner. My server Kayla was engaging and on top of her game. I order the same meal everytime I eat at Waffle House and it includes hashbrowns with chili. Kayla was the first server in a year to remember the chili before bringing me my hashbrowns. The food was properly prepared and tasted great. The floor in the kitchen could have been cleaner for sure but overall this was a top notch Waffle House experience ?.

Ordered a grit bowl online for pick up. Waited about 20 minutes when it normally takes 5-10 minutes. There seemed to be no urgency with the cooks. They were very slow. The only one that seemed to care was the server(she was very nice). Got the grit bowl and the grits were runny. Every other waffle house location makes a fantastic grit bowl. This one was not it. I really don’t think I got my money’s worth today honestly. Might just avoid this location from now on.

My husband had a Dr appointment early that day and we had to travel pretty far away from home for it. We only had time for cereal before leaving, so by the time we left the office we were really hungry! I looked up the nearest restaurants and we decided on WH and were glad that we did! Great food and service. Thanks Ya'll ?

Everything great except when the waitress pulls the coffee pot from the coffee maker too soon in a rush to pour the coffee. It is almost undrinkable.

The employees seemed more interested in talking about how they got out of jail versus serving the customers. The food was overcooked, there was no flavor, and the sweet tea wasn't sweet. The restaurant was really dirty, floors were really greasy (more than usual), and the silverware wasn't washed properly. The wait staff just complained loudly. Not professional.
