Togo order. Forgot to top the hash brown bowl with chili. Went back in to get it topped. We ordered a waffle as well. Got back home to find they forgot our syrup and butter. Kind of hard to enjoy a waffle without that.

Food was good but on the other hand our server keke was the worst of the worst! I’ve worked in the service industry and if I could give a rating below than 1 star trust me I would. We’ve had her a couple times and the experience has been re-occurrent. As usual she would give us the silent treatment as I saw she does with others but I also overheard her cuss me and my friend out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .

Something black in my sweet tea that was unsweet and my texas bacon cheese steak was a little cold waitress was very nice! The whole experience was just very low end of the scale for a WH 😪

Safe to say management dont care about reviews in hickory flat . Nor does corp. When emailed. But here goes another ignored review. Steer clear of this location after the sun goes down and the rude waitress renee i think her name . She is hateful n rude . Her tables stay dirty. She smells horrible never washes her hands or wears gloves b4 or while she fondles dishes.
