Manager seems like all she does is boss around her best cook to do all her dirty work, while she sits in the back or just stares at them working . I know how waffle houses work and the manager is definitely supposed to be part of the team.

The service was good. The cook forgot many items and the side of pickles had pieces of ham and mayonnaise in them. Further we barely made it home before everyone in our party rushed to the toilet. We will not return to a place that serves the sh#ts with the food!

Whilst I was visiting here, some drunk dude threw a lid at some lady. I firmly believe a healthy waffle house crew could take on the Avengers. The way the crew handled the guy with swift and effective action. It was hypnotizing. The air in the brought me back to my childhood years.

Cook was standing on the prep counter messing with the ceiling over the grill and counter while food was cooking. Was glad we got our food before this happened. Tint stuff falling. Didn't ever see him wipe down counter. Management was having a team meeting at other end of restaurant. So everyone could see but no one seemed to care. No one got a ladder. Never heard anyone say anything. Not good scene...
I have been here a few times.. The people who work here in the evenings and late at night are usually very kind. They are not very crowded when I have been there which I don't mind. The food is pretty good as Waffle House goes. A couple of times, the onions in my cheesesteak and the hashbrowns haven't really been cooked very well. Plus the fact that they stopped carrying 1000 island dressing! That's the main reason for 4 stars.

very bad service if I could give them 0 I would because the waiter stood with nothing to do and the tables were closed with chairs on top of the tables and the dishes were very poorly washed and he had no straws for the drinks. or and the tables were not closed because they did not have people, there were 6 people working including the cook who only did not want to serve more tables.

Worst WH i have been to. Waitress took our order and didn’t call it to cook until 20 minutes later. Never waited that long anywhere.. Food was all overcooked and dry and just under burnt. Service was terrible. Will never go back to this location.

Walked in, both girls stared at me and my family like they were mad we came in. Had one side of the restaurant closed off. They had chairs on top of the tables. The waitress seemed like she didn't even want to take our order. My wife and 2 kids got waffles. 2 of them were burned, and they did offer to make new ones, but we just said it's OK. Like I said, they already gave off the vibe that they didn't wanna be there or take our orders. But in my mind, why would you ask if we'd be ok with a crispy/ burnt waffle? Smh. Should've gone to IHop. The empty parking lot should've been a sign.
