Nothing against my server at all, she did amazing. It was the cook. He was such a mean and nasty person to her and he questioned the order when it was placed the first time. Get a better attitude cook.

The goth girl has her friends there and she rather talk to them and not attend to the customers, we waited 10 min to get refills on drinks cause she was talking with her friends this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed this is the 5th time we have been in there and the customer service with her is terrible.

i watched the previous customer receive there apple butter , yet they later complained and wrote a disgruntled review saying they never got it. it’s on cctv. also, syrup comes with every order on the side. that is standard procedure.

This is honestly the best waffle house I’ve gone to. It’s our local waffle house and we go there quite frequently. The food is always fresh. My last order was online and they got it ready even faster than the expected pick up time. Despite being super busy, they accommodated me, we’re fully staffed and able to satisfy everybody at the restaurant. The ambience was great, classic Waffle House experience with spectacular food.

Went here doing the solo dad thing with my 1 and 3 year old son. 4 year old spilled his OJ (sorry) but they were so nice and cleaned it up ASAP, but then without even asking our server replaced the half spilled OJ with a full one... like... it was just such a nice gesture and what service is about. Appreciate this crew alot keep it up. Also good was Hella good.
