This is honestly the best waffle house I’ve gone to. It’s our local waffle house and we go there quite frequently. The food is always fresh. My last order was online and they got it ready even faster than the expected pick up time. Despite being super busy, they accommodated me, we’re fully staffed and able to satisfy everybody at the restaurant. The ambience was great, classic Waffle House experience with spectacular food.

Went here doing the solo dad thing with my 1 and 3 year old son. 4 year old spilled his OJ (sorry) but they were so nice and cleaned it up ASAP, but then without even asking our server replaced the half spilled OJ with a full one... like... it was just such a nice gesture and what service is about. Appreciate this crew alot keep it up. Also good was Hella good.

We usually go to the WH by Etowah but decided to come to this one instead and boy I’m glad we did! The food was a 10/10 (as usual) but our server Joseph took our experience to another level! He was so friendly not just to us but to our son Milo which means a lot to me. He made sure to learn our names and was asking my son about school and what grade he was going to next. The constant smile on his face could brighten anyone’s day up. We will be sure to come back to see our new friend again!! Thank you so much Joseph!
I placed a pickup order. Found not one but two long strands of dark hair in my food. First was found in the waffle and the second found in my hashbrowns. I attempted to call amd speak with the manager. Only got the automated system. This seems to be a reoccurring issue reading other reviews. Wasted $30.
