Found large strand of hair in my food. Waitress apologized and took 10% off my bill. Couldn’t eat the food and I complained at the register and another waitress walked over and removed the charge for my meal. Should have been done in the first place. Won’t be going back in the future.

After coming to this Waffle House location, I don't think I will ever be satisfied going to another Waffle House. This restaurant is always clean, the food is always on-point, the wait is never long, and most of all, the staff is AMAZING. Every single time we visit, their whole staff goes above and beyond to welcome us. They greet my son by name and they take the time to come to our table and visit with us. We truly look forward to coming here, and we're grateful for the wonderful service they provide.
