We ordered 2 of the new Ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it didn't come with the cheese or the fried onions...this isn't the first time they didn't make the sandwich the correct way or they totally forget what's on the sandwiches..Just annoying when you spend 33 bucks at a fast food place and they can't get it right. P.s Their Rewards system has been down well over a month now also...get it together Wendy's on Riverstone Pkwy!

Ordered a Cinnabon Pull-apart from the drive-thru. Old cheesey-like sauce was put on top of my dessert. It smelled rancid and was inedible. Brought it back and the manager Sherry did her best to rectify our order, giving us 2 desserts and a breakfast sandwich. However, food like this should never leave your front door, EVER. My gf and I could have gotten extremely sick. I know this is a chain restaurant and people make mistakes, but please just look in the bag before you give it to customers. It only takes a few seconds.
Below is the first and second Cinnabon Pull-Aparts I received. Incorrect, old cheesy sauce, rancid smelling in the first picture. Correctly done Pull-Apart in the second.
I don’t understand the NEGATIVE REVIEWS it could be TRUE BUT!!! When I go there the ladies that work there are all sweet and very friendly especially during 11pm they go above and beyond I appreciate it thank you

I asked for a taco salad and the man on the drive made some kind of remark about its going to take a long time. I pull up to the window and everyone working there looks high and or disheveled. They couldn't get my taco salad so I got a burger. The buns were so stale it was hard and it was cold. I work in the food service industry and understand it can be difficult at times but this was unexcusable. 0/10
