Opening 2 hours later than other resturants and not taking mobile orders till 9 am is not very convenient. Effectively you serve breakfast for an hour and a half. Ehat is that about?
Drive thru service for night crew sucks. Order takers do not greet customers when they pull up at speaker until minutes have gone by in hopes that the customer drives off possibly. Tried placing a mobile order before arriving and was told they weren’t accepting mobile orders at the time and the order takers was very impatient while taking our order.

Worse Wendy’s experience ever…arrived at 1002 to order, asked to wait approx 5 min with zero line. Finally ordered and then asked to wait for eggs, sat up from by door exactly 8 min then walked in, was told still waiting for eggs. Asked for a refund which took another 5 min but guess what…still got it before eggs were done. Takes 6-7 min to cook the eggs…I put order in at 1007 and left and 1024 with zero food. No wonder why Wendy’s is failing off

It was so bad, I don't even know where to begin! 80% of the crew were geriatric, slow and angry! The order was wrong, but we ate it anyway. 😳

The server didn’t help me with my order, stood in front of me and gave me an attitude. Until the manager came in and explained that the order was at another location. LIKE PLEASE GET THE MANAGER IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO LADY!

The customer service here is horrible, we walked in to 3 employees standing around doing nothing, talking loudly and being rude. We stood at the register waiting, but no one bothered to help us. We walked out

I got a chicken sandwich from here & it was so inedible I had to throw it away.
The employees are ABSOLUTELY disgusting and so disrespectful! I have gone here numerous times and the consumer service is horrible, coming from someone who has worked in costumer service for years, I would never dish out the amount of disrespect that the employees show here. They have also disrespected my husband and my mother in law on numerous occasions as well. They are very nasty as well as their attitudes! Hire better employees! Cleaner, respectful employees!

This is a solid location, fast and accurate service. Inside is an older model and no updated drink machine, aside from that, quality location.

Why is every single person who works here miserable and lacking customers service skills? If you are unhappy with your job leave it and go find another job. It's just a job. I asked for a taco salad with extra dressing and got absolutely no dressing. Not even the chips for the salad. Not even a smile or a have a good night. Two things that isn't every hard to do or say. I used to work for Wendy's so I understand how tiring it can be that why I didn't go off on the staff. But y'all absolutely suck when it comes to customer service.

This is the second time I stop here before 11pm first time was 10:50 it was raining no one ever came to the window
Today it was 10:53 and after being there for 2min I said hello” only to get a response “We are closed” nothing available. the service is already bad this people act they work for free or something bad attitude.
